Bose Headphones not worth the money we spent on them.
We are so disappointing with this product. My husband spent almost AUD500 on this fancy set of headphones for me for a Christmas gift and now they have stopped charging, they are just out of warranty by 2 months and BOSE tell us we need to pay AUD325 to have them replaced. I wouldn't purchase from them ever again. We had to search high and low to find a way to contact them and then they told us we called the wrong phone number and hung up on us, we ended up requesting a call back. Bought these headphones a few years ago and worked without any issue until recently when it did an automatic software update to the firmware, version 3.0.3. This update rendered the headphones useless for its designed purpose of playing music wirelessly. The update causes all music players to lag and not work when streaming via Bluetooth. Looks like Bose have killed off their old products with automatic software updates to force customers to purchase new products. Amazing customer service
This review is about the customer service.
I bought BOSE QC35II, I had an issue with them just out of warranty.
They swapped them for a brand new set which I think is basically unheard of these days.
The headphones are awesome, will definitely stick with Bose.

Unauthorised transaction
I have ordered Bose headphones 700 noise canceling on November last year and I paid for it. I had to replace them because the touch button was working for pause but not play. It took two weeks to replace them and the new pair they just the same so I couldn’t be bothered to send them back and wait another two weeks as I need them for gym everyday.

So I did they sent an email says they going to contact me in two days of course they did not so I had to call again and again some other excuses. Now they said they going to investigate the issue and they will take 72 hours to contact me. From my experience I would never ever by anything from Bose website and would never recommend anyone to buy from them.

Worst customer service. Do not buy anything from this company
They recalled there sleepbuds product, and offered a full refund, I’ve now been waiting 14 weeks, after calling every few weeks and being given different excuses every time, they just told me it’ll be another 6-7 weeks, for my refund to be processed, no customer service.

Not worth the price!
I bought the wireless soundsport earphones for my husband for his birthday 1.5 years ago and i thought considering the price, its got to be high quality and long lasting. Repair of my BOSE Wave System Series Four
I purchased this item in December 2018 from the now non existent store at Carindale shopping centre in Brisbane. Recently, the CD player function began to play up- nothing wrong with CDs but the playback became jerky. When going on line I discovered that despite its size I had to pack it up and send it to Sydney. I phoned a store that still exists at Indooroopilly Shopping Town. SE equipment but no warranty work would be done by this repairer. Nevertheless, I have left the player with the Brisbane repairer and await the quote. The staff member at Indooroopilly was pretty vague about what a “limited warranty” means. I am very unhappy that what is supposed to be a quality item and the run around today to try and work out what to do. Products aren’t good enough to outweigh the TERRIBLE service
It’s just about to clock 2 months since I ordered and paid for a spare part. It took around 8 phone calls and 3 conflicting stories as to where the part was over a period of around 6 weeks until I gave up with the service centre and marched into one of their retail stores and demanded that one of the sales people help me take receipt of the part I had ordered. ginally placed the order, the wrong part arrived. I am now on hold for the 54th minute to the service centre to try to have this rectified. Products were good- service was terrible
I brought a number of products through Bose and there customer service was appalling. The billing was erratic and amounts were randomly credited from my account. Customer service actually asked me to send through my personal statements in full so they could see how they had billed. I was on hold a number of times and unable to get anyone to help me at all

Stay away from this company
They did not ship the product that I purchased nearly 3 weeks ago despite of the fact that they state on the website that they have stock available and there is "next day delivery" available for my region.
I'm trying to call their customer service for more than one week and every time they keep me waiting for more than 45 minutes on the phone until I eventually give up. There is no other way to contact the company available on the website. Judging my personal experience and other reviews here, I think their customer support phone is fake and there is nobody working there... Terrible experience so far.

I bought wireless earphones when bose set the incorrect price and still honoured it
I see the people reviewing how they had to wait over an hour for customer service... customer service is doing their best with the amount of people calling up to get a status update on their order. They accidentally set their refurbished wireless earphone price to $79.90 instead of 179.90. Yet they still decided to honour it and I appreciate it. I'm listening to music with my earphones and it's really excellent quality! I didn't need to contact customer service at all fyi.

Absolutely the worst customer service you will ever get
I called on Friday, waited more than 1 hour, no one answered the phone.
called again today, waited 45 minutes, still no one answered.
I could not be bothered to call them again and they don't provide any other contact method on their website at all.
Stay away from this company

hold phone for more than 1 hour 3 times in a week, gave up now, updated 20/12/19, Finally, my issue is solved now !
My order has been cancelled without reason, then Bose sent me a email says I can retrieve the order by contact their customer service team, I called 3 times in different days, and wait for more than 1 hours in each time and finally have to hang up. Does Bose really has a customer service team behind or just a fake phone number ?
Updated on 20/12/19, Finally bose CS team answered my phone, team member are very professional, solve my issue straight away.

Worst Customer Service imaginable
I purchased an speaker on the bose website which was fairly simple. However a few days later i received an email starting my order had been cancelled and that id have to ring bose customer service to purchase the product again for some reason. Well i called the number provided and im still on hold yet to speak to anyone. Just about to hit 90 minutes. Absolute joke of a company.... wont be purchasing any Bose products ever again

The worse call service centre
Can not believe it... Called 3 days in the raw and waiting time about 1 hour so have to hang up. Make sure you have a couple of hours free before calling Bose call service centre. So disappointed.

I was sent a faulty Wave Soundtouch with CD . The radio is fantastic, the CD never worked from the onset. Rang the customer service number on 2 occasions and wrote twice on the feedback line for assistance. M at 8.20 on 12/11/19 was to send an email that day with postage details. This didn't happen. Why should anyone have to follow through 4 times to get an appropriate response. I left 2 detailed responses on the feedback form in between. Finally the second phone call on 10.30 on 20/11/19 had a competent woman who followed through. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible service
buy a product and need support.Forget it. Their customer support is non existant.
I bought a soundbar and needed a replacement remote (not their fault) BUT, of you think you will get support, forget it, all you willget is a whole lot of excuses and NO service. WORST company ever. Go somewhere else for your products.

You're alright Bose.
Purchased Bose SoundSport Free Wireless Headphones refurb marked as $80. Management was horrorble at this time and lots of people were ignored and not notified, but they notified people eventually and gave everyone a chance to re order at the price error price. Gerald was very down to earth and willing to help when he assisted me over live chat.

Order cancelled with no email or contact
Didn't see the dispatch email so checked CC transactions and it disappeared. Checked emails and junk folder, not a single email to notify of cancellation. I've never experienced such poor handling of a refund...... 'Premium' brand....... incompetent staff .....

BOSE QCII - great customer service
Was disappointed that my Bose QCII developed an issue where there was interference when in noise cancel mode after only 11 months (never had any issue with any other Bose products). I called the contact centre & after they went through a very easy troubleshooting guide that did not resolve the issue they promptly sent out out a shipping note to return the product and shipped a new set out within days. Whilst I recognise this response was just compliance to my consumer rights, so many companies make you bust one before they comply - not Bose, well done guys, you really have got this right!
