Braun Face Spa Pro 911

published

I have owned one of these Braun Face-Spa products for 3 years and am very satisfied with its continuous performance. Because I found it inconvenient to keep changing heads back and forth (from depilitator to face brush) I decided to get another one for facial use. It is NOT like my other one! My original purchase has a battery--this one plugs into the wall (it has a battery, but you can't access it without taking the product apart-thus nulling the warranty). I am not happy with this new machine--it worked for about 3 days, then, although it says it is charged, it fails as soon as I use the brush on my face--every time. Unfortunately I had thrown out the packaging. VERY disappointing and a waste of $$.

Purchased in October 2020 at Amazon.ca for $82.

It’s okay but something broke inside after one use and now it rattles

published

I bought it on clearance so maybe that’s why but something inside broke and now it rattles if you shake it and when it’s on. It doesn’t effect the use but it makes me worry that it will break soon. I only had it for a day before it happened.

Purchased in February 2020 at Priceline.
