Staff abuse
Walked into the Priceline St Leonards store this evening to witness a young female staff member being verbally abused by the pharmacist on duty, the girl whom was being polite to him and ended up breaking down into tears as he kept raising his hands in her face.
I stayed in the store until he stopped to make sure she was safe besides that situation she is a very informative young girl and has helped me every time I’ve gone in there.

Priceline pharmacy in Hyperdome is great!
I would recommend the Priceline pharmacy (the actual pharmacy) in the Hyperdome Logan. The pharmacist there is very knowledgeable and takes the time to find out all the information in order to give you the right advice. The prices are very reasonable too.

Very Slow Online Process
I would not recommend buying online EVER. Like other reviewers have stated for months and months, they always take upto a week before packing your order, so you miss out on available stock at the time of purchase. Apart from the slow processing and missing items they also do not allow a safe drop for your delivery, so you have to be home to sign for it. Appalling online service all in all in comparison to other stores. Not worth it.

Great customer service.
I always get my prescriptions as from Priceline as they are attached to my doctors. Really great range of products and lots of good deals.
Ella (Beauty advisor) at my local store is also really great and very helpful with recommendations for products to try!

Great service and prices!
Found some great bargains and the lady at the till was lovely! Thanks for smiling and being nice. Also bonus for getting points with Priceline card! Bought hair products that were discounted and way cheaper than other pharmacies nearby.

Surgical Mask
Priceline Watergardens, I’m discussed that you have massively raised your price for the disposable mask at this time in need. You charged $10 for only 5 masks that’s originally from a box & put them cheaply in a zip up bag. Pathetic!

Customer Service
Coogee Priceline is an asset to my local community. I use to go to the original pharmacy until I tried Coogee Priceline. I am being treated with respect and the care factor that encourages me to want to return to the shop. I have been visiting this store on numerous occasions and every time Scott the Manager. the staff member Jack and the rest of the staff are always helpful, caring and professional.

Must of been lucky!
Ordered online 21/1/20 and was dispatched late arvo 22/1/20. Arrived today (28/1/20) which I'm happy with considering the public holiday.
I was freaking out about other reviews on here about not getting items for weeks on end. I got confirmation email, dispatch email and AusPost app automatically picked up the tracking number as I have an AusPost account.
All items are correct and sealed. Pretty happy with my experience, I must have gotten really lucky!

I was looking for a gift and thankfully Bianca assisted me in finding the perfect Burberry perfume and Sukin skincare for my friend. She was very helpful and friendly which is not always the case with staff in this store which we frequent when visiting friends in the Highlands.

no customer service skills
I bought products and paid for express post and it never arrived on time. Apparently Australian post said the sender can claim a full refund but obviously they never passed that on to the consumer even when I sent details ..certainly won't be dealing with this online place again.

Shop from another website don’t bother with this one
You won’t receive an invoice until a day or so later. And when you do go to have your package delivered you will need to sign for it even if it was the smallest amount of money spent on your order & if you aren’t home you’re gonna have to go to the post office and deal with that nonsense.

Wouldn't bother with online shopping
I like this company i really do. We have a priceline near us but they don't get heaps of stock and its really small so come Christmas they don't have half the stock thats in the catalogues. So every year i take a an hour trip to another priceline to pick up girly gift packs for family members(i don't drive and i had to catch public transport or walk). This year though i thought since its so hot i would get my order sent to me (we don't see our family until 2 weeks after Christmas as we have to travel to see them and wait for the Christmas perio...Read more
d to be over before doing so) so i put in an order before Christmas knowing that it won't be here before Christmas i was fine as i had another 2 week to get to me. Well i leave next Tuesday night and today is Friday and my order is still not even been sent its just got "Order Confirmed" so i contacted them by email not once not twice but three times and not even a reply. So i jumped on Facebook something i do when things not going right and no replay from my DM that was sent over a week ago even thought since then they have posted posts and yet can't send me a message back. So i took it to their posts and said i was still waiting on orders and so did another lady and they deleted my comments simply asking when my order will arrive. If i was you and you are reading these reply's to shop online i would highly recommend you head in store as the staff are wonderful but the head of the company is shocking. I understand its Christmas and its busy but if your going to sell online bring in more workers who can help with the number of orders. I have done orders after i placed these and have got them already. Lucky i paid through paypal as i can ask for my money back so at least i can go buy some other stuff. it was a shame because if i had known it was going to take this long i would of headed into store and brought them. but now i miss out so i will take my money to another company and buy gifts from them.Similar opinion? Priceline Review Anthea and Ave’ne Skin Care Products.
We have been with our favourite Pharmacy Priceline at Wanneroo Central, for a little over 5yrs now. It’s all you could want from a very good Pharmacy, Jamie the owner/ Proprietor and his staff are wonderful to deal with, caring, professional and very, very helpful.
Recently I was in Priceline looking for skin care products, for my very sensitive skin; just giving you the heads up I’m almost 61 so I’ve been doing this for sometime and nothing has really worked for me; until now!
Thankfully Anthea, one of Pricelines senior staff came to my aid...Read more
and directed me to Skin Care Products by Ave’ne, life changing products really. My main stay for every day use is XeraCalm A.D and Skin Recovery Cream. I’ve never been able to use soap or wash of any kind on my face until now, the cleansing gel is amazing; no stinging or redness and doesn’t hurt if it gets in your eyes, no dry skin and no more red blotchy face, the range is extensive and reasonably priced; something for everyone and all skin types. Deer Park Priceline
I was looking to purchase an Opallac Gel starter kit and the only place that had them was Deer Park Priceline so I waited until the weekend so my boyfriend could drive me down there because we live 35 minutes away from this location and my local Priceline didn't have the kit in stock. (On 14/12/19) I purchased the kit at the Deer Park location but there was something off about it so I deiced to take a look inside and had noticed a few things. First was the box was torn in areas indicating it had been opened - not something I noticed in store. T...Read more
he bag covering the cord of the lamp inside was old, crinkled and dirty and the tie around the cord itself had clearly been rewrapped around. The lamp was dirty around the on/off button which looked like it had been used more than a few times and one of the polishes had colour running down the bottle neck as well as the foil paint flaking off on one of the other bottles which was clearly from it being screwed opened and closed numerous time. (On 15/12/19) My boyfriend drove me back the next day to exchange it and an older lady was at the counter. Upon telling her we wanted an exchange as it has signs it was used she said in a very snappy, bitchy voice 'oh HOW can it be USED?'. My boyfriend then spoke up in my defence as I'm quite a shy person and kindly said we want to exchange the kit for another and can we see the manager. The manager was called and when she came out I noticed she was the same lady who had fetched the kit for me out the back the previous day and the lady at the counter fully changed her attitude and became quite nicer. This is where I become very annoyed - the manager admitted that the kit she gave me (the previous day) was a return however the manager quoted that the previous buyer 'said she didn't use it'. This is such a sneaky thing to do I could not believe she brought that kit out for me to purchase the previous day, knowing it was a retuned item and failing to have even checked it before allowing it to be resold. If a customer returns something, it needs to be checked especially something involving nail products. Most stores won't even let you return nail products due to hygiene reasons unless they are clearly unused in original packaging with unbroken seals and this box had clearly been opened. Gods know what the previous customer could have done to the kit or how long she had used it for going by the wear and tear on the lamp and polish bottles and considering it was a nail product it could have easily caused a fungus depending on the previous owners hygiene. They told me they keep the kits locked up because people steal them so you'd think with that in mind and the fact that they are $99 that the item would be throughly checked before a return is accepted. I love Priceline and will continue to shop at my other locations but this particular store needs to change a few of their practices; don't sneakily try and re-sell unhygienic used items to customers for full price, throughly check returns before approving them especially on easily contaminated items and perhaps before snapping off at a customer and immediately not believing them, LISTEN to their concern, check out the issue they have first, evaluate the situation and use a bit of common sense as no customer in their right mind is going to waste time bringing an item back for an exchange of the exact same item if there wasn't a legitimate issue with the first one - how does that even benefit a customer to do that? I just sincerely hope the kit I brought back is going to be destroyed because it honestly worries me to think some other person is going to repurchase it yet again.Similar opinion? Helpful staff
I went to Floreat Forum Priceline (WA) last week with my friend who is 75 years old. Susie who works there was so helpful in assisting with selecting sunglasses. She even helped restyle my friends hair (my friend had her own brush there) and Susie left her feeling prettier when trying on the sunglasses and looking in the mirror :) Great service and sunglasses were high quality. Used the Priceline rewards card to get five dollars off - added bonus!

Roughly 7 days to receive a shipping email then an additional 2 days to ship... very slow! I’d call to confirm with them though.. once I called I finally received the tracking
Thankyou so much. I sent an email earlier but will definitely call to follow up

Why haven't I got any reward points for my card? I haven't received any.

Hi there,
Have you been presenting your Priceline card when you shop at Priceline?
Everytime you shop at Priceline and spent more than $5.00 you need to flash the card, the sales assistant then process's it through the cash register and it should appear on the bottom of your receipt.
It actually tells how much points you earned on your shop.
I am not sure if you need to activate the card first ?
I have had my card for many years now and they have changed the whole loyalty program ?
have you tried calling priceline directly ?
hope that helps
