Was so excited to bring this home, had lots of fun watching Netflix then after the year warranty was up it turned on and kept flashing the logo..wasn't gonna pay over $1000 to get it fixed so different brand we went.

I did not want to spend a thousand dollars on a TV as I am on budget. What do you know, not only did I spend a fraction of that, I got a decent TV which is definately bang for the buck. I have not faced any issues so far and along with mulah in my pocket, the TV feels even better. Go for it!

purchased last month and been using for a month and have no problems so far.
it's a bargain for money that you spend on.
decent picture quality and fast response and has everything I needed for a TV unit.
(some well known brand TVs entry level TVs are pretty slow even they are more expensive)
i'd highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn't really care for big brand names in a market.

This tv im disappointed not 2 years old and it has lines running vertically through it about 7 poor quality for something not quite 2 years old. Never again will i buy one.

Didn’t like it front the start. Can’t access Netflix anymore and won’t download Stan but can get both on other devices in our home. Programming doesn’t work most of the time so I have to flick through channels to see what is on. I’ve had to factory set quite a few times and tune in frequently. Also can no longer tune in our DVD which became my go to for the kids. Reading the other reviews I think I will cut my losses and buy a trusted brand. Not happy Jan !!

Was happy enough with the picture (when it was still working). Sound a little tinny as speakers are at the rear. There is a port available to run external speakers. For the price I was happy.
At 4 months vertical black lines started to randomly appear on the screen. Rang Big W, they would only replace if it failed in the first few weeks. But would organise sending to Viano for repair. Rang Viano, said would honour warranty but if could not find a fault would cost me $110. So I persisted with it but now picture has gone completely.
At least I will get it repaired I guess but very inconvenient as only TV in the house.

I brought tv at big w it’s was on sale it was still 400 all off sudden got white line down screen. Rang tv place filled out paperwork than one morning turned on and no picture rang them up and told them and more a less got told have to wait your turn for technician. I will never buy this brand again.

The picture is great for a 1080p tv and the sound is rad. Use it to play Pyastationi on so it works for that. cants I nav very well unless you're right in front of it but I guess that's her the be expected be, Bottom line 0 a 49inch TV for under %300 ids hella debt, grab it now.

We purchased this tv middle of last year and have been very happy with the overall performance so far. The price was much cheaper than other brands and we find the remote control easy to operate. We have added surround speakers for extra volume although the sound was ok before adding them.

Picture quality is excellent, nice and clear. Sound is loud and clear enough. It has 4 hdmi ports as well as 2 USB ports. Also allows you to plug in a hard-drive and record free to air TV. Would recommend this TV to anyone, well worth the price! Bought from big w

Picture quality is very good. Has a nice clear detail even with older tv shows and movies.
Sound is good too. Easy to here.
It has sufficient ports an extra would be good but not essential
The unit is also very user friendly. A great menu function with simple instructions.

Bad sound, flimsy conections, now a green line to top it off on left hand side of screen . Only 8 months old . Wish I could of taken back but lost my receipt.. Now im stuck with it, until I can afford obviously a different brand of TV . Do not buy, youll regret it .

Not very happy only 8 months old and started smelly like it was fire in the back of tv and right side of tv went very dark compared to the other. Had my 5 month old son in his bouncer in front of tv and I was hanging washing on line when I came back inside I noticed it. I unplugged it and havent used it since. Put in garage. I don't have a receipt as it was a Christmas present from my parents and they have missed placed the receipt

Worst sound of any tv ever. Screen pixilated when anything moves on screen . However ive had it almost 12 months lost receiots on day i bought it . But have payment reicept on card from bank n book big w manager will exchange ..hopefully no more problems..hopefully all ok this time

Screen goes black could hear sound but now nothing. Not sure if repairable or cheaper to dump.
I am really disappointed as I rely heavily on my TV for entertainment given I am bedridden. What does one do it is quite a dilemma.

Bought this tv 3 weeks ago now the screen goes black every 5 seconds, can still hear the sound but picture keeps going black! Rang big w and the don't do refunds

I haven't got anything to say I have not had anything wrong with mine one it is fantastic nice and clear on the screen they are really cheap I paid $400.00 for mine one so I recon you should get out and go buy one you will do good by Benny

Bought the 49 inch from Big W, should have clicked when it was the only TV not on display going, terrible picture, poor definition, staff assured me it was a great TV, hoping to return it as I believe its not fit for purpose, spend the money on a recognised brand, if people stop buying this Chinese rubbish, Big W will stop selling it.

I see a lot of unhappy customers here. I bought my screen Christmas last year and we have no problem With it. Of course I was a bit hesitant when I bought it because I'm not familiar with the brand but I'm glad I did. With three young ones running around banging on the screen, drawing etc it still works fine. I would recommend this to anyone. It's cheaper than the big brand and still works the same

I got a call today saying they (not sure if that means Big W or Viano) have replaced the TV in any case it is a miracle (Xmas) & I have picked up the TV & will see how this one performs, anyway I would like to thank Big W Mackay, great service!
