Great!
This is my first slow cooker so I don’t have anything to compare it to.
Love finding new recipes abd chopping up the food and just leaving it for the whole day. So much easier than cooking in pans. Less to was up too.
Seems to be well made. Have had no problems with it.

Product died and Breville are no help
Absolutely loved it until it died nearly 6 weeks out of warranty. Not damaged in any way or broken, just simply dead. Breville refused to help and also advise they have no access to product registration information beyond 2-3 months so it really is a waste of time to registering anything. Very poor considering every kitchen appliance I own is Breville and have taken the time to register them all including date and place of purchase, receipt number etc for this purpose. I’ll be contacting Fair Trading as I don’t believe a product of this price should have a major failure at 13 months old.

Love it Best Fast Slow Cooker ever
This is a great pressure cooker its so simple and easy to use, I use it minimum 3 times a week.
The Slow cooker side is so easy and simple to work, I love how I just put it on, leave it and it does all the work.
Because its two products in one it doesn't take us a lot of bench space. I highly recommend it!

Awesome, makes meal time easy
This is a great pressure cooker, I had another brand that wasn't as high a PSI as this one can go and cooking some things in it was slower than the Breville. I like the fact you can choose your own PSI /kpa. The lid can be a little tricky at times. I did scratch the bottom of the inner pan but that was my fault, hopefully I can get another one from Breville. I find it easy to use. I use the steam function to bake cakes and scones. Make yummy rice pudding, pull apart beef, spaghetti, mince stew, BBQ sauce and many other things. It can also be used as a slow cooker, rice cooker etc. Highly recommend it.

Time saver and no more late take aways
I have purchased Breville Fast Slow Pro a couple of months ago in the mid of winter craving for hearty home-cooked meals. It really is a great product and cooks food evenly and does not stick to the bottom of the pot, cleaning is also a breeze. Would recommend this product to anyone looking to save time in the kitchen. One thing that I am not sure about? How it will affect my energy bills as have not received a new bill as yet.

Couldn’t live without
I’ve recently bought a slow cooker and it has been the best thing ever! I can go to work for the day and put a corn beef in and by the time I get home it’s ready to be served. Best thing I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend to anyone especially busy people.

Do I dare?
So far every negative review I have read is about the same problem/s: The lid seal not registering that it is sealed (when the user claims to have tried repeatedly to seal it) and the preheating taking an extraordinary length of time.
In each promotion video the demonstrator makes it look like a seamless and instant process. After all, what is a pressure cooker for if not to drastically reduce cooking time. This product boasts to cook a lamb shoulder until "falling off the bone" in just 30mins.
On the positive side, the working models rate the highest out of its competitors in terms of overall performance.
So, Breville, is this lid seal/preheat issue solved or am I taking a chance!?

Love love love!!!
I love this cooker- great for days when I know I have a busy afternoon ahead, just use slow cook function and it's ready for dinnertime.
Pressure cooker is great for when you don't have a lot of time but still want the intense flavours. Makes a great risotto in less than 20 mins.

two into one
After using a slow cooker for many years I saw a number of recipes for items that could be pressure cooked as well. With space being an issue in our larger kitchen my husband suggested we get a combination machine. What a wonderful idea. The recipes that come with the machine all are adaptable for both with gives some flexibility. The machine is easy to clean and holds a large amount of food which is good for leftovers as well. Took a couple of attempts to sort out times on recipes not from the book but not an issue in reality. Food always cooked well with both and great flavor with them as well.

Robust cooker, loud steam release
Well made with high end finish. Many functions and easy to use. Automatic steam release is very loud, but works well. Unit is easy to clean and the cooking bowl washes well and does not easily scratch. The digital display is basic but clear to read and provides useful information like time remaining.

Absolutely love it
I use the slow cooker often to come home from work and dinner is ready. The fast cooker is excellent for cooking rice and making fried rice. I still use the fast cooker a lot when I want to use a cheaper cut of meat and don't have time for the slow cooker.

Cannot live without!
Ever since buying this slow cooker my partner and myself will never look back! Saves so much time and is so convenient in the household. We love to make a variety of soups and the slow cooker is perfect. It is also great if you live a busy lifestyle, just chuck it on for a few hours and head out and you have a beautiful meal ready when you get home!

Versatile staple for the kitchen
Love my Fast Slow cooker! Makes fabulous one pot meals in the one device- sauté & slow cook in the same pot & then pressure cook to quickly reheat! Being a pressure cooker as well, also makes nutritious meals quickly! Soups & stews are amazing cooked in this machine & it doesn't take up too much space in the kitchen. Takes the place of a slow cooker, a pressure cooker & a rice cooker.

convenient and great use
This slow cooker maintains a good temperature and its very quick in use. The slow cooker is very heavy and needs to be looked after carefully. Although it is pricey however it is worth it. Comes with warranty and Breville has never made me disappointed before. Easily to get scratched and dents.

This is wonderful!
When I ordered this I was replacing our slow cooker and I thought this might have a few extra features! Well the purchased turned out better than expected. We have never used a pressure cooker before and we're amazed how quickly it cooked meat and how tender it came out! The browning feature is ok but the real stars are the pressure cooker and slow cooker. Highly recommend

Questions & Answers
Megan N.asked
Hello just brought my pro fast slow cooker and just wondering how long does it take to pre heat.
Cheers

About 20 minutes if food is at room temperature....much longer for food out the fridge.
Furthermore it does an excellent job....if you use a non slow cooker recipe just use a lot less liquid/stock
Thank you so much

Can the ceramic bowl be replaced - has been dropped and got a dent

Yes...you need to Google it
Just make sure you type in the right model. The magic new number is written on the base
Alternatively you can email Breville Customer Support.
I have found Customer Support rather slow
You could even do an eBay search...just make sure you search for right model.
Thanks I’ll get on to that
