Hi there I had no reactions or headaches when I first started this but it might be the higher content of caffeine you are now having on it ... I have always had alot of caffeine each day so that could be why it hasnt been different for me ... The taste had changed in the last few months it was a nice sweet superberry and it went to a bland not sweet superberry ... I do know they have now bought the okd flavour back so uf u were having the new one then u will get the ild taste ones soon and u will enjoy it more or your on the old one already and u wont notice a change ... keep at it and if u still get these reactions maybe stop taking it as something might not be agreeing with u in it xxx
Hi, You may want to add more water to the sachet then.I normally add 750-900 mills of water with 1 sachet which kind of dilutes the caffeine more.

Has anyone found that they got a headache from consuming x100 or they became constipated even though consuming 3-4 litres of water with it because of the astringency of green tea? Is this just something that goes away in time or something to do with the products ingredients. I feel so full I think I will be sick if I eat as well.
PS. I have a history of Crohn's disease.

it shouldn't really be giving you a headache or constipation. the headache might be a sensitivity to caffeine. but given your history it might be best to consult a doctor about it.
I have foundive been constipated and also suffer headaches. Stopped taking it two days ago and feel much better for it. I had been taking it every day for last couple of months.
