I brought a raspberry icandy from your logan store in the 19/10/2016. Something has just broken on the adguster of the seat! I've tried calling this store but no answer??? Is this store closed? If so how do I go about getting my pram fixed??

Where can we leave feedback on your customer service other than here? I see no place on your website other than store enquiry. Your website states several times you value customer feedback but giving it isn't easy on your website ans your facebook site doesn't have a message feature making it very hard to give said feedback.

Is it policy of all bubs babystores that if you price match you can't use your existing store credit or vouchers? Was flat out refused. Means had dilemma of paying the cheaper price and leave the store credit for another time. Terrible customer service. Won't be back again.

Regardless of whether you pay cash, card or are using a voucher (credit or gift voucher), you can still use these forms of payment to pay for a transaction that is either at the Bubs Baby Shops price or a price match. Please note though that it is up to the stores discretion whether they will approve a price match, but will not affect how you intend to pay. Although if they have approved a price, as above, you can use a cash, card or voucher (credit or gift voucher).
