Worst On-line Shopping Experience Ever!
This is the first time I've ever been incensed to give feedback on any company and I am doing it more-so as a warning to others.
I had the misfortune of coming across Bubs Warehouse whilst searching for a Gund branded talking elephant. After clicking on the link to Bubs Warehouse which falsely advertised their peek-a-boo elephant as "get your gund talking elephant", I purchased three as gifts. the product was falsely advertised, hence the agreement to a refund. As for the request to cancel the order if they were not the genuine item, this was made within 2 hours of the order having been placed. Your response was that you don’t do refunds for “change of mind” (false advertising does not fall under change of mind I’m afraid). The notice that the items had been shipped from your Chinese distributor did not come until 2am the following morning plenty of time for you to have cancelled the order. At the end of the day, it is NOT up to a customer to have to ask if a product being represented as being genuine is in fact genuine! Product representation is your responsibility. The fact that you have so much bad feedback on here about your customer service speaks volumes. Perhaps instead of arguing with your customers when there is an issue, try listening to them, taking what they’ve said on board and doing something differently. As for your recommendation to ask “staff” about a product before purchasing in future, I can assure you that that won't be necessary - there's absolutely no chance of me ever purchasing anything from your website again.Similar opinion? Terrible customer service!
Ordered a whole bunch of stuff from bubs warehouse, had been a while so i messaged and asked where my item was and they state it can take up to 39 days and that i should have read the website.
Also told them ONE of the things i ordered - ONE item MIGHT be too small by the time it arrives at it would fit my daughter now - and asked their return policy.. they state no returns for change of mind. mmmm not really change of mind if it doesn't fit? their reply "yes it is". Taken my money and not delivered
Stay away from this online company please!
I made 2 online purchases. Both have come out of my account. The first one was on the 7th of December a Tummy time which I still have not received. The second one was a fishing game that I have paid for and received just before Xmas but no one can give me an update on the parcel I paid for on the 7th of Dec except for it’s in trans. If I don’t receive this very late parcel soon I will now go to the ACCC!!!

Disappointed
I really wanted to love this store as all the clothes and items look like things I’d like to purchase for my little guy. However, I have had nothing but issues with my orders. Everything gets sent individually which is seriously annoying and hard to keep track off when you have to chase up orders. I’ve waited a month for a pair of shoes for my bub and they probably won’t fit him by the time I get them. Twice now an outfit has been sent to different addresses. The companies they order from are obviously very dyslexic as one of the items got delivered to a completely different state. At this stage all I want is my money back for all of these items. I wouldn’t recommend.

Week 6 and no sign of these items or a reply from my email enquiry. I contacted Australia post with the tracking numbers and they were wrong too. Honestly don’t shop here.

Faulty toys
2 of the exact same toy didn't work and the customer service is crap. Warranty not granted and was told the warranty period isn't that long so they couldn't help

The tummytime water inflatable mat is perfect
I don't usually leave reviews but I got the tummytime water mat from Bubs Warehouse and this thing is perfect! It arrived this morning and my 6 infant has been playing with it for hours and is enjoying it big time! - so I just want to say a big thank you to Bubs Warehouse for providing me such a wonderful purchasing experience! Great Product and Faultless
I recently ordered a Boy's clothing set and was not sure which size. I sent an email asking for a recommendation and received a prompt reply. I ordered the set and it arrived in a couple of weeks and it fits our grandson perfectly. This has been a satisfying shopping experience in the quality of goods, customer service and pricing. Can't recommend Bubs Warehouse highly enough.

Fake and a waste of $$$$
I ordered online....
Been over a month with my order saying "In Transit" then i decided to email them a number of times asking about my order, gave them my order number, they just responded by saying that it should come in maybe another months time...
Babies grow and the sizing will not work. I ordered this product for my baby to wear as soon as possible, if i had known it was going to take this long (2 months) i would have not bothered or if i was really desperate, ordered the next size up...

Horrible customer service
Ordered a pair of Summer cotton shorts to receive knee length shorts. They sent me the wrong item and wouldn't apologise or admit to wrong doing. Kept implying that I was at fault and not looking them correctly. Upon further investigation on the actual brand of the shorts website I find they have sent me the wrong shorts because of the product code on the tag of shorts I received. Horrible customer service and cant believe they kept putting me at fault when I provided all the information to prove they sent me the incorrect item.

Abymal customer service and horrible product quality
I ordered 4 outfits for my first child with a lot of excitement and was looking forward to using them. The quality is sub-par. One of the outfits was completely different from what was advertised on the website. instead of accepting the fact that the outfit looked like a cheap knockoff they kept blaming me - they blamed my photography (picture taken of the delivered product) and said i had now changed my mind. My request for a refund was justified and was certainly not because of change of mind. It is not about the $20 i spent but abut principle. The customer service consultant [name removed] was nothing short of horrible and rude.

No Refund No Credit - Poor Customer Service
POOR customer service purchase a pair of pants which ended up being to big and not the material I was expecting. This company will not even allow me to change the size or get a credit to purchase something else from there site. I am now stuck with a pair of pants that I can not use and cost over $50. You would think being an online store they would have some flexibility around returns given you cant try on or feel the product. But NO they were quite rude didn't offer any solution other that - it is not there policy to credit or refund because of buyer fault. Thanks for nothing!

Worst "customer service"
Bubs Warehouse is the worst online company I have dealt with. The customer service is appalling.
I ordered a product from their website a month ago and they incorrectly transcribed my address. The email received from them confirming my order had my correct address. Yet, they sent it to a jumbled of my address and someone else’s PO Box. No idea how this can even happen. Australia Post called me to let me know they were sending it back.

with the address’. I once again confirmed my address. Same as originally provided and confirmed via email. The parcel was never resent. This resulted in weeks of my having to try and chase this up. The staff who respond to emails told me it would be resent with no timeframe given. No tracking number was provided. When I queried this, I was provided with the original tracking number and told my parcel was already delivered to me – when it was quite clearly delivered back to them! More emails later, this error was finally accepted and I was told the package would be resent. Weeks later, this had still not arrived and no tracking number provided. I emailed again, twice. No answer. They were now ignoring me. I posted on their Facebook wall asking for someone to contact me regarding this. They deleted my post and did not contact me. It often depends on what you buy as we stock a large range of products from local distributors which generally take 3-9 business days to arrive, but also a large range of internationally supplied products which can take up to 13-39 days on rare occasions due to potential delays at customs and the like, which are unfortunately out of our control.
If you are more in a rush to receive your items, we'd recommend sticking to our very large range of Australian supplied products and brands.
