Worst "customer service"
Bubs Warehouse is the worst online company I have dealt with. The customer service is appalling.
I ordered a product from their website a month ago and they incorrectly transcribed my address. The email received from them confirming my order had my correct address. Yet, they sent it to a jumbled of my address and someone else’s PO Box. No idea how this can even happen. Australia Post called me to let me know they were sending it back.

with the address’. I once again confirmed my address. Same as originally provided and confirmed via email. The parcel was never resent. This resulted in weeks of my having to try and chase this up. The staff who respond to emails told me it would be resent with no timeframe given. No tracking number was provided. When I queried this, I was provided with the original tracking number and told my parcel was already delivered to me – when it was quite clearly delivered back to them! More emails later, this error was finally accepted and I was told the package would be resent. Weeks later, this had still not arrived and no tracking number provided. I emailed again, twice. No answer. They were now ignoring me. I posted on their Facebook wall asking for someone to contact me regarding this. They deleted my post and did not contact me. Customer service team is amazing! Very prompt and fast to respond to any questions or enquires. Lu lu baby doll is a godsend. Plus Bubs Warehouse have such great customer service. Very quick delivery.

Baby Rusk Holder is PERFECT!

So happy I bought this!!
We loved using the baby Rusk Holder. It clips on easy and has a good grip of the rusk. Baby can hold it easily, no mess and baby can pick it back up if they drop it. Fantastic!

After being informed that an item I purchased wasn’t in stock, I was offered store credit for the amount of the product. Via email I requested a refund instead and was compensated for my inconvenience. Very understanding customer service.

Steer clear!!!
Steer clear of this business! Very rude & obnoxious customer service- Kiara. My original order i was contacted about to say they did not have it & refused to refund me (i have email proof) and would only give me store credit. The credit only covered the cost of the item so to use the credit i had to pay additional postage! (I had paid postage for original item they did not have then had to pay it on the store credit item also) Only for this item to be returned to sender through no fault of my own! to bully me into dismissing the dispute before they would refund me. Yet i had paid and had no item coming my way what so ever. They can only be laughed at. Read the reviews & read the replies to the reviews. Our lulla doll from bubs warehouse saved my health!
Sleep is the pillar of health and this basic doll has allowed me to get more sleep as my daughter is absolutely obsessed with hers and now won't sleep without it! Her sleep went from waking every hour to sleeping for 5 hours at a time over the night time period. We honestly couldn't live without it.

Shocking customer service
My order didn't arrive and was returned to sender. I realized before the product arrived that the delivery address I included didn't have sufficient detail. I contacted the customer service representative (Kiara) who offered no solution and made no attempt to try and get the product delivered to the correct address. Didn't even offer to resend it and charge me additional postage...which I would have happily accepted. So now my paid for order is probably on a cargo ship somewhere in the pacific on its way back to Timbucktoo never to be seen again.
I have the same issue to Roxy recently and it was no issue and was resolved on the spot. I suggest shopping elsewhere

Less than satisfied
Buyers should be aware that Bubs Warehouse online system is not real time and does not reflect true availability by suppliers.
This can mean that you will be expected to pay two lots of shipping when the same supplier doesn’t have a suitable replacement item.
The company may fight a refund under these circumstances claiming that they don’t refund for change of mind. This of course, is irrelevant and if this happens, push back and see Australian consumer regulations.
Yes the items are cheap, but shopping with them can become more costly than you expected.

Such a great range of products. Some local and some from overseas. I wasn't sure on sizing for my daughter but with the help of the online customer service, I was able to find exactly what I needed. Just make sure you check on delivery times if it's urgent.

It often depends on what you buy as we stock a large range of products from local distributors which generally take 3-9 business days to arrive, but also a large range of internationally supplied products which can take up to 13-39 days on rare occasions due to potential delays at customs and the like, which are unfortunately out of our control.
If you are more in a rush to receive your items, we'd recommend sticking to our very large range of Australian supplied products and brands.
