Caesar stone cleaning kit
Ordered the cleaning kit for my kitchen bench/ it came within a few days and I use it regularly.
No other cleaning product compares. Highly recommend anyone who has Caesar stone to ensure they get the complimentary kit upon purchase and follow up with the replacement kit for ongoing care

Do not buy Fresh Concrete Caesarstone benchtops
Fresh Concrete shows every mark and never looks clean no matter how often it is cleaned, it is very easily stained. This product is entirely unsuitable for kitchens and should not be made or sold for this purpose.

BEWARE CHOOSING THE COLOUR RUGGED CONCRETE BENCHTOPS
I wish I had taken notice of poor reviews and not ordered this colour for our kitchen benchtops. Whilst I like the Caesarstone product in general, this colour is a disgrace to the brand. The finished result is very different to the large sample I bought home. The waterfall ends are the same beautiful concrete finish as displayed in the showrroom but the benches have large areas of white splotches all over them which look like flour has been thrown around a bakery or even like an acid wash thrown over them. I was appalled when I first saw them and the negative comments from everyone who sees them are embarrassing. I considered replacing them but what a waste of my hard earned money.

Don't buy this product
Check the internet, this stone is not suitable to use as a brench top. Stain marks can't be removed. Don't touch it
Worst choice ever
I chose Cloudburst concrete for my bench tops in October 2020. I visited the Cesar stone show room where they had a large bench and thought it looked fantastic. What a terrible mistake I made and it’s the biggest regret of my life. Every little mark shows and I am constantly cleaning it. The rep has been twice to give me cleaning lessons, then they sent a company to clean it. Lasts a couple of days then you are right back where you started from. I am constantly changing cloths so I only use a clean one to wipe over. Worst choice of my life!!!

Product issue & the warranty team is a waste of time, they dont even try to comunicate
Had a kitchen installed and we noticed a crack which we reported to the customer service team.
After several escalates to caesarstone senior managment team were still waiting on feedback after several months. While the product looks good the warranty and support team are very poor.
Personally I would not choose caesarstone again.
Go automated
Apparently high pressure water can cut through stone without leaving marks. Go automated. Banning things is passe, the human is the weak link in the design, not the stone.

Vanilla Noir, stains and marks very easily
We had Vanilla Noir installed in our new home to the kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry, we absolutely loved the colour but now regret our choice. Keeping it clean and spotless is a nightmare and impossible.
It’s the centre piece of our home and it always has marks on it. Finger prints and cup rings are hard to remove.
I would not use this product again and anyone thinking of using it beware.
We installed Pure White to our bathrooms and it’s lovely no problems with the Pure White. It stay’s spotless.
Which I’d chosen polytec
Unfortunately like other people who have review on here, ring marks from cups are ugly and really you shouldn’t have to use place mates and or continually wipe benches over. However, I do wipe over continuously but this doesn’t stop or get rid of marks. Only had my new caesarstone raven bench tops 10 months now have awful dull ring marks all over them, very sad really.
After 5 years, still perfect
I love these countertops. I have them in both bathrooms, a charcoal one I can't remember the name of - Raven something maybe, and Bianco Drift all throughout the kitchen. The Bianco drift reminds me of seafoam on sand. It's a neutral tending grey that picks up the white and dove grey of my cabinets beautifully, but would tone in with a lot of other colours if I changed the cabinets in future. Well worth every penny of expense, cleans up beautifully. I had one stain once, on the lighter one, some spilt nail polish remover that went undetected for a while. It was yellow, but I just sat some nappy soaker on it with a moist sponge on top, and it faded right away, no spoiling of the surface, just as new. Best investment in my house.

Looks fantastic! Will use it again in my next kitchen!
Cut perfectly to size and the colour looks awesome. I ordered 40mm thickness and was not disappointed as it looks great and makes the kitchen look fresh. Colour is Alpine Mist (I think from memory) and it really looks good.

This is my first kitchen reno so I was unsure what products were right for the job. I called the Caesarstone help line to get some advice on a couple of things and the team were very helpful. We went for the Organic White finish which came up really great. From measure up to install it happened pretty quickly so that made the whole job flow so much better. The overall finish is great and we just use the right method and products to clean it when necessary. Thanks to the Caesarstone Team for all your help. David

Love my new benchtop
My caesarstone benchtop was installed three months ago. Very happy with how smoothly the installation process was. I chose ‘intense white’ and love it. Easy to keep clean and lovely and bright to look at. Follow up care products (spray and cleanser) posted out once the warranty was registered are great. Will buy more.

Airy Concrete - just beautiful
Looks stunning and is very easy to keep clean. I had concerns after reading a couple of reviews saying it stained easily but after reassurance from the Caesarstone team and testing out a few samples we decided to install it. Nothing seems to stain the stone and it looks amazing all the time. So, so happy...I love it!
