Cavalier Bremworth Dry Stain Remover

I use this product to remove spot stains from white carpets. It does the job. It has had no effect on my
Electrolux bag vacuum cleaner. Not sure about its carcinogenic properties. The container has warnings about those, but I imagine if a person inhales or consumes the product over a prolonged period it would not be good as is the case with any other chemical. I use it responsibly (read the instructions) and infrequently. I am surprised it's made in New Zealand. That's an ultra green, clean place!

Local store stopped selling my usual carpet cleaner so decided to give this one a go on a 2 week old dog vomit stain. Once the area was vacuumed a faint rusty coloured stain was observed. Carpet in question is a pale grey wool blend. Tried again a week later........stain is now gone and the area is spotless. In all fairness to product I think I was a bit heavy handed and sprayed too much the first time. Have used on two 'unknown' stains since with excellent results.

Have been using this product for a few years now and it is the best carpet stain remover I have ever used. It is expensive though. I always have a container in the cupboard for those accidents that are bound to happen, even if you are extra careful. Spray over a small area at a time and it will get the stains out. Just wish it was a little cheaper.

In the past I have found this product excellent until I purchased my New Dyson top of the range, latest technology vacuum cleaner and the fine powder caused the motor to fail and it required a new turbine. Luckily it was done under warranty as the machine was only 8 months old. I will not be using the "Carpet Stain Remover" again. Dyson says never to use it again as the machine was full of fine white powder.

I will stop trying other products, and stick with this one. I can clear my cupboard of all the half bottles/can that have collected there.
This product is THE BEST I've found. Will remove all the marks I have had, including charcoal, grease, in-discriminant crud from the kids and cats. Have tried a few, even resorted to hiring a steam cleaner in the past.
You will need a good suction on your vacuum cleaner to remove the powder. But it does come out.
