To suit my lifestyle more so, does it matter when I have my only meal during the day of the rapid first CS week stage? Instead of having my main meal at dinner could it be breakfast or lunch? Or would that defeat the whole metabolism affect of the actual shakes?
Hi Caz, the beauty of the Celebrity Slim Program is that it's very flexible - so you can absolutely swap when you have your main healthy balanced meal each day, even on the Rapid Phase. So, if you pre...
Read morefer, you could certainly have your main meal for breakfast or lunch instead of dinner. In fact, eating your main meal earlier in the day can actually be beneficial in consuming the bulk of your food earlier, giving your body time to metabolise and burn that food for energy throughout the course of the day. Similarly, switching around when you have your main healthy balanced meal from time to time can be an excellent way to mix things up, keep your metabolism firing and prevent your body from getting used to the same routine and slowing down your weight loss results (the body's natural survival instinct is to regulate your body weight over time to prevent you losing weight indefinitely). Hope that helps! Warm regards, The Celebrity Slim TeamWhy are you putting so much sugar into a meal replacement? The amount you are using is totally unacceptable! Surely at the very least you could reduce some of the sugar with stevia.
Hi Esther, Thanks for your feedback! You might be happy to hear we've released a Low Sugar option in our Celebrity Slim Rapid Shake range here: http://www.celebrityslim.com.au/rapid-low-sugar-chocolat...

Healthy foods, like vegetables, generally contain more fibre, which can also assist in more regular bowel movements. After about 2-7 days, your digestive system will have adjusted to your new eating habits.I'm sorry but the response from celebrity slim is rubbish unless your calorie intake is really high in your regular diet. Read moret exercise. If you need to up the exercise and stick to the rapid phase you'll get hypoglycemic. No-win situation either way, you need the maintenance protocol with lots of exercise and even then the weight loss is really slow. (Like 0.5-1.5kg/month slow at most, usually only about 0.5-1kg/month and I had quite a bit of weight to loose, in a similar situation to you with a leg injury which limits my normal exercise routine). I'm guessing this product is aimed at people with a very poor diet to start with otherwise it doesn't work.I am about to start my weight loss journey, just wondering if i have to start with the sachet 7 day box or the rapid phase?

Read moreng for rapid results and willing to include some exercise, start on Celebrity Slim Rapid. If you are more focused on longer-term sustainable weight loss, start out on the Trim phase. The Trim Phase provides the most effective long-term results. If you want to simply maintain your weight, improve your health or need to achieve moderate results, skip straight to the Maintain Phase. This Phase fits comfortably into a busy lifestyle. If you like, you can interchange back and forth between the Rapid and Trim phases week by week. So, you might like to do 2 weeks of the Rapid Phase, followed by 3 weeks of the Trim Phase, and then back to the Rapid Phase for a week, then back to Trim and so forth - whatever suits you and your lifestyle. Would this diet help me to loose my baby weight?
No, especially not ifyou are breastfeeding. Check out lose baby weight mummy shakes, they have a great program that comes with meal plans too.
I Wouldn't be on any calorie restrictive diet whilst breastfeeding, just follow a sensible balanced eating plan and if you can walk for 1/2 hour everyday, don't forget to replace the fluids that Bub is taking with plenty of fresh water.

Read morel. All phases of the Celebrity Slim Program are flexible like that; allowing you to fit the program in with your routine and schedule. So for example, if you have a lunch meeting or date and you want to be able to eat socially instead of drinking a shake, you could make that your Healthy Balanced Meal (making healthy food choices) and then have your shake for dinner instead. The only thing to keep in mind with the Rapid Phase is that we recommend you eat at evenly spaced times throughout the day, to avoid going for long periods without food. The eating guide on the back of the Rapid tubs indicates it's a good idea to space your shakes/meal every 4 hours. We hope that answers your question. Wishing you all the very best on the program!
