These tablets are cheap and work if taken regularly. I was taking it for my sinus for the mucus that was building up inside me. It help by moving the mucus down, but be prepared for a onslaught of mucus and dont take two at a time, at first as you get a sinus headache if you do and the onslaught is instant in minutes. I love fact I dont have to chew a raw garlic. The peppermint in this is a nice taste, its better than garlic breath or burps. I have found no down sides to this product and use it when I also get the flu.
