I almost returned this product to the store after reading all the negative reviews on this site, but knowing reviews aren't always entirely true, I decided to just go ahead and give it a shot.
And it works well for me! The capsules are indeed big but smooth so I have no issues swallowing them, especially right after breakfast. And I have experienced NO nausea at all.
I have way more energy than I did prior to using it and I look forward to using it everyday.
My diet has been more healthy though and I haven't had it on an empty stomach and I don't intend to.
For the price, it does a great job!

To be honest i feel exactly the same on them, i take them due to the lack of vitamins in my diet. I neither feel sick or tired with them. Ive always struggled with tablets so i just have them with a spoon full of yoghurt and helps :) cheap enough that i dont care that i cant see a difference.

I have been taking this for over a month and still makes me tired, nauseous and vomit sometimes even after eating. Today was the last time taking it the rest can goin the bin. Im happy to read Im not the only that feels this way.

Have been taking these for a week now. First time this morning in a hurry took them without food. Ended up vomiting everything up - was not pleasant at all. I'm sure they are great if you make sure you remember to eat however I'm slightly put off them at the moment

Started taking these as I was very run down even needed a iron transfusion, have been taking these capsules for a month and I feel even worse. Very tired within a couple of hours of taking, with food as instructed need to sleep for at least 3-4 hours and feel very sick.

I started taking this multivitamin with ginseng as part of a healthy diet program. I have never had trouble sleeping, especially when doing daily gym and walking each day. However since taking this I have had a lot of trouble getting to sleep for 8 days now since I started. I take it first thing each morning so I'm not taking it anymore.

I had a cold on and off for months so i wanted to take a multi-vitamin. I have noticed a change in my mood & energy levels however almost straight after i take the tablet i feel extremely Nauseous. It passes fairly quickly but i am going to stop taking them and see if i get this same feeling in the mornings.

I've tried these multivitamins a few times now, and had the same results. I seem to get terrible reflux soon after taking them. I always made sure I took them with food or soon after eating. The first time I tried them, I put it down to being stressed at work and leading a busy lifestyle . I changed to another brand once I'd finished the bottle and didn't think anymore of it. However, I have since purchased this brand again ( at least twice more) and the reflux returned. There was no issues with the other brand. Something in the formula just doesn't agree with me.
Having said that, it is well priced and doesn't smell as bad as some multivitamins on the market.

This product has a lot to offer. Unfortunately it doesn't agree with me. It makes me tired, after 20 minutes I need to sleep and I have no energy. It has been 4 hours since I took this and I have slept and have no energy at all. I am trying to find out which vitamins or minerals that could make me sleepy as I had the same issue with another brand.

Took this product for two weeks, and rather than increasing my energy levels, I found I felt stressed, teary and anxious. Just doesn't suit me apparently, although I like the concept of a good quality multi with an energy boost.

Overall a good products. I tend to have a good diet made up mostly of fresh and organic vegetables (I mostly eat what I grow) however I do notice a distinctive difference in my energy levels when taking these. As my diet is generally rich in vitamins and nutrients I just wanted to find something that is affordable that will fill in the gaps should there by any.

I guess what I like about this product is that it’s easy as it combines my daily vitamins and gives me that little extra little bit of energy to get through. As a working mum of a 3 and 5 year old who also tries to get to the gym each day, every little bit of extra energy helps. Since taking these, I have definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels.

I tried these for the first time a couple of months ago and I think they are great. I started noticing about three weeks into taking them that my nails were stronger. I’m pretty happy as I have now stopped using all of the toxic nail polish hardeners. They don’t taste like candy but work and are well priced.

I have now been using these Multi Plus Hair, Skin and Nails supplements for over 4 months. Not only do I feel great, I have also noticed that my hair is shinier and my nails have stopped breaking. The vitamins are well priced and I now save me money as I have stopped having to get my nails done three weeks.

Have been taking these for 1 month and friends all say how lovely my hair, skin and nails look. Also I feel less cravings for sweet things and am so happy with these vitamins. I find them very easy to swallow if you take them with semi warm water. I will continue using them.
Inexpensive, containes everything women need.

Its funny how everyone complains about the size of it. Sure, it isn't small but at $10 for 2 months supply, cant go wrong. Moreover, I took suppositories once upon a time so this is nothing LOL
All in all, great price, very happy with it, not sure what is everyone complaining about

The Cenovis Once Daily multivitamin for women is a brown soft capsule of about 1.5 cm length which does smell a little. However, I seem to be a brave girl than all the other reviewers here: I just swallow it with a glass of water. Easy. Seriously wonder how you people swallow tablets if it "gets stuck" or "damages your system"! :) It can make you feel unwell when taken on an empty stomach, so have something to eat with it. I don't know the exact effect of the tablet on my health, but it's the peace of mind I go for!
inexpensive, high doses on all ingredients

The first time I took the multivitamin within 30 minutes I was dry reaching in front of the toilet bowl. These make me feel so nauseated and I had to stop taking them within the first few days because it was just getting worse. The pills leave a disgusting after taste and are quite hard to swallow. I brought these because they were cheap and I was willing to give them a go. I'm quite reluctant to try it again or anything from the Cenovis brand.

Large pills, sickening, nauseating, waste of money

I have always taken multi-vitamins and as I like other Cenovis products I thought I'd give these a go. But they have made me throw up on a number of occasions. I'm not a sickly person at all, but these have really not agreed with me. I also concur with the unpleasant taste they leave in your mouth. AVOID

I was feeling quit tired so thought I would give them a try, after about 1 week I started developing loose bowel and wind which gradually got worse. After 5 weeks I realised it could be the vitamins. I stopped taking them and within another week I was back to normal. Maybe I just have an allergy to all multi's, who knows.
Helped my energy levels.

I have only taken these for the last 4 days and stopped today and noticed a pattern every time I take one I have reflux (which I don't normally get) for half the day and I can taste the tablet (yuk) and I didn't take it today and nothing so won't be taking it again.

Very uncomfortable to swallow. iAfter taking three tablets I felt they had done some form of damage to my throat and upper chest. I always take multivitamins so i don't notice any difference between different brands. However I would never recommend these because I don't see how they could have been trialled properly. due to large size.

im happy with these multi vitamins. I have noticed a difference mostly in my energy levels, my sleeping patterns and my skin is slightly more clearer and i have a brighter complexion. they are a great value pack
great price for a large bottle, lasts 3 months per pack. i definitly notice a difference in my energy levels after taking these tablets for a few weeks religiously. my skin is slightly more clearer and brighter. i am also sleeping alot better. the taste isnt too bad either when you are trying to swallow them
