Placed an order for ViewSonic VX3276-MHD 32'' Ultra Slim IPS Monitor on 06-April-2020 but it never arrived and they changed the delivery date twice. Finally after 2 months now when I asked that is it possible to cancel the order and instead replying yes I can, Instead they cancelled the order. Wasted my 2 months

Bought some computer parts online around mid day, order was completed and send out by the afternoon. Arrived a few states away the next day. Happy with how the item was packed as the item is delicate and doesn't like much movment. Great pricing as well. Thanks for practising great general customer care.

This company did not include the GST in the advertised price. This is illegal in Australia according to the ACCC. Please carefully examine your account before finalising the sale. I chose them because their price was better than competitors. It wasn’t.

Good range at decent prices. Good social distancing setup during the current times, so nice and safe. Served quickly, was in and out the door with a new laptop in 10 minutes.

I have placed an order for some computer parts on april 29th 2020 and its june 1st now and still no sign of the items.I even sent a ticket a week ago and no response.

Disappointed by the companies performance and lack of ownership of issues. When I called, the staff were abrupt and rude. They made an error and tried to put the onus on me.

Ordered on Thursday got it by Wednesday the next week, packaging was fantastic, communication from you was awesome thank you. Fully satisfied with the range & prices very competitive

During these uncertain times when supply chains have been stretched to their limits it was expected that there would be delays, centre Com have kept me updated. So, thank you!

The initial order was placed about 6 weeks ago, this was expected.

The online order process was easy with the option of a straight bank transfer a bonus in avoiding extra fees.
At the time of writing my order is in the hands of AusPost, something that is out of Centre Coms hands.

As for the quality of the products purchased, I have previously purchased the same products, monitors and watercooling both the AoC monitors and NZXT cooling are good quality products.

Dissapointing!!!....Bought online a monitor on March 23rd with an ETA of May 2nd. On May 4th I enquired about my order and they replied the monitor was End of Life and that they could not supply it but offered to choose another one from their website. I chose an almost identical one on specs, same brand and size but 50 dollars more expensive. They asked me to pay for the difference which I found unfair given that I didn’t change my mind from my initial purchase. They must have known that the product was end of life and they could have, at least, let me know way before the 6 weeks I waited and I could have searched somewhere else.

Ordered a keyboard from them and it came without issues. Built a PC on their website, paid on the 26/04/2020 and I'm still waiting for them to build it. They respond in 1 day intervals so don't get your hopes up if you need to speak to them. I don't see why it takes 3 weeks to build once they got the parts. No apologies whatsoever so they clearly don't care. 2 words, stay away.

I never recommended this company. Due to I sent number of mails for my order and what is going on but no one answer my question. They only answered refund.

I ordered a new gaming rig off of Centrecom to not be bored dring quarantine, the delivery was 6--8 days but i got mine in 4 days, there were no issues with anything and the staff were very helpful!

Ordered on 12th May 2020 ... on my doorstep 14th May. Even though things are meant to be slowed by the Civid19 restrictions these guys have all the 'antivirals' that can get the goods through ! Many Thanks

Product description was perfect, Good little laptop for what my wife requires. Credit card surcharge upon paying for goods was not mentioned anywhere before clicking proceed to pay find this odd for an online store to be doing... Delivery speed was great paid a little over $25 for next day shipment and they delivered even in this COVID-19 phase. Would be a 5 star review if not for that Surcharge just cheeky.

Terrible customer service . Terrible postage. Never buying from centercom again . They customer service lady told me to buy a new one whereas I still haven't received the one I bought a month ago.

Although Australia Post's Melbourne sorting centres have been smashed with demand, Centre Com were transparent and provided updates where they could. Customer service is excellent - quick response time via email. Shipping and payment costs are forwarded onto the customer dollar-for-dollar, with no marking up.

The range and pricing is excellent, although I did find the payment verification process difficult - this is not required these days, so I do wonder how old and secure their systems are.

My purchase arrived well-packed and as described with no issues to report.

Placed an order three weeks ago. They created a tracking number immediately to appear as though it has been dispatched. Confirmed that Aust Post has not received the item. Taking advantage of Corona virus to blame Aust Post yet we have received more than 30 other parcels in the last 6 weeks without issue. Based on other reviews, starting to think they are waiting on item to arrive from China! Disgusting customer service. Definitely do NOT recommend.
