I bought my Changhong FSF198R02W about 3 years ago it worked great except that it kept freezing up and I would have to unload it & defrost it manually as its auto defrost didn't work & the shop I got it from was gone .I still try & use it but will get a more reliable brand soon as it lets some item stay frozen & lets others defrost. I find myself having to check all shelves regularly to find what's thawed I even freeze my meat in another freezer first.
I seriously recommend staying away from this product for food safety reasons.

We purchased freezer about 3 years ago. Initially the freezer worked ok after 6 months all the plastic drawers fell apart. The freezer would lose pressure and food would defrost. Just used for dog food now as we got sick of throwing out food. Don't by this cheap rubbish. We ended up purchasing a Westinghouse, far superior product.

I bought my Changhong freezer 4 years ago. I always prefer Westinghouse, but for the much better price of $520, I thought the saving was worth trying a brand I had never heard of. I love the size, clear see through drawers and ease of occasional cleaning. Extremely quiet operation.

I bought the matching stand alone fridge in April this year and was so pleased with it that I bought the matching freezer. in May 2017. This freezer is fantastic with four separate pull out drawers and one with a pull down front. It is really easy to clean and, because of the separate pull out drawers, keeps all frozen food in perfect condition.

Freezes up and cant put anything in it, found it terrible just ices up no room to put any food wouldnt buy one again doesnt auto defrost terrible product, it was cheap and nasty product and seconds world where i got it from were not helpful with the initial buying of the product in the first place, its what i call a lemon product, should be taken off the market

Changhong Stand up Freezer never worked properly, was icing up and its a auto defrost unit then started getting worse. Repaired heating defrost element under warranty and then the same problem happened again. Changhong didn't care... rubbish, cheap, nasty and no customer care...they absolutly where not interested... you get what you pay for... Buyers beware of Changhong ... New freezer might as well go down to the rubbish dump.

Now on the 06/08/2017 the side walls where the shelves slide in a breaking away,my god this unit is absolutely rubbish.BEWARE OF CHANGHONG,BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THEY WONT HELP AND THERE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE...nest time we will spend more on a Korean or Japanese brand.....
