No support from the company..
Don't be fooled by the positive reviews of the product. there is absolutely not support from manufacturer. I have similar 219 L Changhong fridge. It makes ice every thing vegies and milk.. There is no way to contact them for repairs..
Purchased in November 2021 at Camberwell Electrics for $400.00.

Compact, quiet but holds a lot!
This fridge is really quiet to run and surprisingly holds more than expected at first glance. Inside is really easy to clean and crisper draw is very sturdy and hasn't broken yet. Freezer is frost free and simply needs a wipe down with a damp cloth every now and then making it super low maintenance. No iffy smells or issues with seals as yet which is great. Doors can also be changed to open on whichever side is preferred - a handy addition.

Adequate
Basic fridge and does the job.No frills at all.
I did put it at below average cold and it got quite hot until I switched it back to average temperature

Hi there
I have the chonghong 219l ftm219r02w fridge and its turning its self of and on but not reaching the tempetures
And spoils the foods,fan and compressor working OK . Just went out of the warranty only by 3 months any help will be appreciated

There is absolutely no help.. The company is crap they do not answer nor can you raise a problem with them... I was also stuck finally i brought a new fridge and had to pay to take the 2 .5 yrs old and put in the bin
Sounds like the thermostat.Even though it might be out of their warranty a buyer must be expected a to have a reasonable life.Go back to the store.
Contact the company you purchased from. Even though it's out of warranty, it shouldn't be malfunctioning only 3 years on - many stores will still help as the warranty hasn't been expired for long. There is an expected lifetime for whitegoods under consumer rights guidelines, if you have any trouble the ACCC and fair trading should be able to help you.
