Why didn’t I know about these sooner!
I read about these on a Facebook group and was surprised that after 4 years of parenting I’d never heard they even existed. We were interested in reducing our costs and environmental impact from meal times so purchased the Hands & Faces Kit and we’re 100% sold.
We received 25 reusable wipes plus the dirty bucket, essential oil, and waterproof travel bags for clean and dirty wipes and it’s plenty for us to do a few days of meals for 3 kids before it all goes into the washing machine, ready to start again.
Our boys fought us every time with w...Read more
ipes but don’t seem to with these. They smell great, and are staying soft with every wash. We put them straight into the soaking bucket with their bibs, and come out of the dryer looking great. We could probably have made something similar up ourselves cheaper, but we never seem to have the time and no doubt they’ve given it a lot more thought than we could have, plus I quite like the smaller sized wipes (similar to washers) and how neat the packs and travel bags are, so I felt the cost was worth it. Overall, we love the product and would highly recommend to anyone trying to save money on wipes and lessen their contributions to landfill.Purchased in April 2021.

Easy way to save money
We've been using cloth nappies on our 24 month old since birth and only bought the Cheeky Wipes "baby wipes mini kit" about 4-5 months ago. I'm so annoyed I didn't purchase this sooner!
It is so simple to use. Every night we give the container a quick rinse and top up with fresh water and clean wipes. (If you don't do this every day the wipes smell musty, particularly if you live in a hot climate like we do).
Don't bother with the essential oils - you only need water in the container with the wipes. When it comes to washing them, your deterge...Read more

Perfect Solution and Amazing Customer Service
If I could give 10 stars I would.
Love the wipes and the whole system. The size is perfect for using one handed and does not add bulk in the nappy bag. The wipes are soft and quite hardwearing.
The price I found to be very competitive with other brands and also making your own (ofcourse making your own is cheaper if you already have everything but if need to buy the materials then consider this system).
I have heard people say that they find the wipes hard. Well they are quite soft when wet and 99% times thats how the wipes get used. WET. Plus ...Read more

Nice idea
The terry cloth wipes are good and I use a lot less than the disposable wipes. They have washed well and I find they’re easier to wipe.
Not sure I really needed all the big containers in the kit, I could have made do with 1 small container to store the wet clean ones in. Dirty ones go straight to the nappy bucket for wash day. I don’t like the wet bags it came with either.
But I also added the rainbow microfibre wipes for the face and hands, which are terrible. The water actually runs off the fabric instead of absorbing even after a year of constant use and washing. They have gone mouldy too, although I wash them every 2nd day.

Excellent eco friendly alternative to disposable wipes
Definitely recommend using Cheeky Wipes. The Cheeky Wipes "system" is easy to use and the best part about it is you know you are not using any harsh chemicals to wipe your baby's bottom. The wipes use only water and a few drops of essential oils to help clean your baby's bum bum. Because it only uses essential oils, it smells better than disposables.
I definitely recommend this as an eco friendly alternative to using disposable wipes.

Easy to use
I have been using these for the last 16 months. Definitely love them. Much gentler on baby's bottom than the disposable kind and I don't have to worry about running out of wipes.
I gave up on the "mucky" box because emptying it into my front loader was too awkward, I switched to a 2 litre round yogurt container which is much easier.
I don't use them for out and about because I found that a bit hard to keep on top of of.
This is a super easy switch and I highly recommend them

So easy to use
I love these cheeky wipes reusable nappy wipe kit. So much better for the environment, and so easy to use. It's a very well thought out product. Also, the use of natural oils ensures that you are not exposing your little one to nasty chemicals. I am not officiated with the company at all, just truly believe this product is great.

Best investment since bub was born!
After choosing to use modern cloth nappies, cloth wipes were my next investment. And let's just say I wasn't at all disappointed with my purchase! The all in one kit from cheeky wipes has been a breeze to use. The system is real easy, and no fuss at all. I love them!

The best wipes ever!
I love these wipes and wished I had these 10 years ago when I had my first 2 boys. I find they clean really well - much better than throw away wipes and so much better on your hands and baby's bottom.
I will confess I am a lazy person with some things and I don't use cloth nappies as I know I would give up after a week with washing etc. However I find the wipes are so easy. You have a clean container and a 'mucky' on with the washing bag in it - so use like normal but instead of the bin for the wipe you use the mucky container and then when ...Read more
I next do a towel wash I just throw the bag in. Just as easy to set the clean wipes up also, fill water to line, add oil and wipes - done. I have no trouble doing the process and to be honest the real reason I brought it was to save money. Now I love them even more and even if I wasn't going to save about $450 over the next 2 years I would still buy this product for its ease when it comes to cleaning. Even my husband is converted. Saves money over the long run, cleans really well - just 1 wipe needed when changing, smells nice and is gentle on my hands skin.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

More effective than disposable baby wipes.
I love my Cheeky Wipes. For what they are, they are quite dear - two boxes, some terry flannels, two small bottles of essential oil, two small travel bags and a small laundry net - but I have to say, I like things neat and tidy, and I also really like the little system that it has going. These last points are what make it worthwhile for me. Of course, you could do the equivalent yourself for less, but I don't have any friends who use reusable wipes so I wouldn't have known where to start (rather pathetic of me, really). On the other hand, even ...Read more
if they are dear for what they are, they are much cheaper than disposable baby wipes, and then there's also the principle of it all. Moreover, you can continue to use them even when you baby is toilet trained, as I am always using them to wipe Vegemite and the like off of my toddler's face, hands, arms, toes, or where ever else he chooses to get it (he's 3 and I have a newborn). Or if I find a like minded friend later on, I could just buy new flannels and give them the rest of the kit. I think I would also just use eucalyptus oil when I run out of what comes with the kit which would save a bit too. Using terry towel wipes are much more effective - the fabric picks up muck rather than just spreading it around. Also small things like being able to easily open the containers and extract a wipe with one hand is good (moreover my 3 year old can't operate the snap lid yet, so he can't access the mucky wipes even if he wanted to). I have a system going where I just dump all the dirty wipes in with the cloth nappies every time I do a load of those, or a load of towels. Convenient that you don't have to dry them before reusing, although I choose to hang them out in the sun every now and then. I find it less hassle to replenish the boxes with fresh wipes than to make the trek out into the garage where I kept my Costco sized box of Johnson's baby wipes that I had for my first, let alone the hassle of running out and remembering to buy them. It's so easy, even my not-so-domesticated husband is happy to use and replenish them. Easy to operate, eco-friendly, neat and tidy. A bit dear.2 comments
5 years later, still using! Although I did invest in a new set of Cheeky terry wipes sometime last year (or the year before?). First lot were thread bare and were composted in the vegie bed.

Love these
I bought these during real nappy week when I was pregnant but it's taken me til my baby was four months old to use them. I was hesitant in case it was hassle or gross but as it turns out, I wish I'd started using them earlier. I bought the full kit and find it is perfectly designed so is very easy to use., no hassle and not any more gross than using disposables. I find that the terry towelling wipes are the perfect size and get the muck off more easily - I only need to use one or two per change whereas I was using a lot more of the disposables....Read more
I did find my baby got a bit of a red bum to start with but I think I was using too much essential oil (which smells great) and scrubbing too hard with the wipe..! Seems to have settled down now - if it continues ill just look into using softer wipes or just using water without the oil. I know you can make your own baby wipes for much less but I love the specially designed boxes etc. I will probably stick with disposable baby wipes when out and about though, but you never know. Easy, Eco friendly, cost effective if you consider the price of disposable wipes, smells nice Seems a lot to pay upfront - if you're unaware how many disposable ones you might actually needSimilar opinion?
