Hi.
i buy that oven yesterday and my question is the timer.
The timer should swich off the oven or is only the timer?.

Hello Richard, I'm pretty sure that you are correct. I haven't cooked for a while to be sure but I don't think the timer switches the oven off. I had a basic Westinghouse that worked the way that you are suggesting. I like the Chef but the Westinghouse was more convenient for the off function.

Hi I had new oven installed aprox 4 weeks ago,it works well,I am just having issues with timer.the timer is barely audible and only a split second in duration.is this normal?

Mine is like that as well only maybe a bit louder. I would have preferred a little louder and longer
