My Citibank Review
I have been a customer of Citibank since May 2012, since that time the relationship started despite the few bumps we have managed to smooth things out. One of my friends recommended this bank to me (as he has been a customer since 1993) and I now have a portfolio of the following accounts:

It's bad enough they randomly locked me out, but to leave me without internet banking for a week or more is just unacceptable. Citibank doesn’t offer the best rates or products anymore. In my view, there is no reason to waste your time with this substandard company, a company which, if the US government had any sense, would be bankrupt by now. Horrible service, not the best rates, unreliable internet banking
