The new formulation does nothing to clear sinuses. Very slight reduction in cough. Made me very lightheaded, dizzy and drowsy during the day. Save time and money and look for pseudoephedrine based products.

This is a new formula?. It's been on the shelves over 10+.years?... It doesn't work! And in reality is a product they sell to make people more sick and laugh about it whilst they fill there pockets because they know your going to the G.P for that crook to also make money off you no joke!!!!!

....really curious to know what these crooks take themselves, definitely not this. The so called medicine experts can shove it behind them, and yeah day and night as well till it finishes each time grey catch a flu!

These cold tablets are excellent. The cough suppressant worked, unlike any liquid cough suppressants I have used. I assume I'll need pseudoephedrine, if I have a very sneezy cold. But for the colds I've had, so far, and I get a lot of colds, they have been perfect.

It’s an expensive medicine and it does not work. I’m on my second day at it felt worse with colds. It’s hard to breath with the clogged nose and the medicine does not offer any relief at all. I can’t even sleep.

I just bought some. I didn’t look and assumed they were 20 packs. Imagine my surprise when I found that not only was the pack thicker, higher and wider, it contained only ten tablets. False packaging and hardly correct in these recycling days.

It hasn't made me sick like other people but I do not feel any difference. Not much relief during the day and at night it takes hours to kick in

What a rip off.I have been using this product for four days now and have not had any relief from the symptoms advertised.What a waste of $18.

I dont know why it didnt work for others but me it cured my aches cough and fever within a few hours...I would not suggest taking other things which coud interfer with the ingredients.....Highly recommend it this is a great product,

No joke, I took 2 night capsules before going to bed and the following day my meals tasted weirdly bitter.

The night capsules did give me 6 hours of restful sleep however, before I woke up coughing; better than my previous night of sleep without medication.

Tonight my step daughter overdosed on these and was in the emergency department. Previously she was complaining they weren't really working. I told her not to take them with Panadol as they had Parecetamol in them. I don't know how many she took but be warned. She is an adult.
She had to be given fluids in hospital. These drugs can be dangerous!!

Absolutely useless, making no difference at all to the symptoms. Nose is still running non-stop, doing absolutely nothing for head ache. Makes me so sure there is no medication in the capsule, just some white powder like carb soda.

Once, you could take Codral and still work, still function.

Not with these - no difference at all. Especially the day-time ones.

A complete and utter waste of money, waste of trust. Going back to pharmacy tomorrow to look for another brand.

Useless, placebos, waste of everything, including brand loyalty.
