    Heats up fast so good if boiling water.scream as it heats up on full bore with a pot on it.good in the wind.very difficult to get low/simmer setting with out blowing out.better than a $20- cartridge one but hard to justify the big price tag for another piece of Chinese crap.would not buy again unless about half the price.paid $180-

    What will clean the stains under the trivets without damaging the enamel?

    I use jif and a scotchbrite pad.Not the stainless steel one,the thin woven one and then a good rinsing.
