This product has given my child a complex instead of helping with her accidents. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as I was dissatisfied but the company has a terrible attitude when it comes to constructive feedback and would not budge offering me another product that was apparently more absorbent which did the same thing and left her soaking wet and crying. I am now left with a brand new mattress that is wee stained, an unhappy child and the stress of dealing with rude employees.
This needed to be addressed as I don’t want other Families wasting money on a hoax.

My daughter has ndis and I wasn't aware of conni to start but I am so glad I found them ... the staff and service is outstanding ... very friendly to deal with and I love the way they explain everything so simply to understand ... just completed my second order with them and am looking forward to placing more ... My daughter is 6 and half so we use the kids range and Conni kids undies have been the biggest toilet training blessing around.... In 1 week My daughter was wearing undies everyday at school with comfort and confidence.... Thank you Conni

This is the best mattress protector on the market. Toilet training our child so has been washed and tumble dried (low heat) countless times with no issues. We previously bought a different branded one for about 80 bucks and it leaked through after 4 washes then we had to get professional cleaners in to clean our mattress so spend the extra dollars on this and get peace of mind.

Purchased the twin pack bed pad and the mattress protector. With the mattress protector only on my side of the bed, you would not realise it was waterproof as it feels good to sleep on, no signs of any “plastic” feel and holds on the bed well due to tightening clips on all 4 corners. The bed pad has a great feel to it, feels like a cotton heavyweight sheet, sits comfortably and even with multiple movements in/out of bed does not move or slip. Very happy with product. My mother suffers incontinence issues post-surgery and I discovered she was sleeping on a pile of old towels. My memory of waterproof sheets was the horrible old PVC type. Conni bedding products are beautiful to sleep on. We were so impressed with the first order that we ordered additional products. We bought the reusable bed pads which sit on top of the bed and can be easily whipped off and into the washer and dryer. They are a generous size and soft and comfortable . We also bought the protector that goes over the bed and tucks in at the sides. Also excellent quality. These products have made life better for mum and easier for me. They have a large range for kids too. Shipping is super fast and service is excellent.
