I bought a bed from there with excellent service. Today my bed was being delivered. I totally forgot as I am currently deployed to fight fires. The delivery boys phoned me and called my sister for me then waited for my sister to get down there. They went above and beyond to get the bed into my home via the upstairs balcony. I am currently sleeping in a basecamp on a stretcher bed and cannot thank them enough for having a bed to come home to. Thank you so much to Ryan and Sean. Outstanding service.

Hello all. Bought the Morrison Mattress through a authorised retailer and in the first six months were happy with it. Then it’s has been soft and losing shape ever since.

Felt like I was being rushed into making a purchase in store! So glad that I took my mattress then and there.

Bed in a Box is amazing.

However, when it can to actually getting my bed frame which I paid in full for in March that was a different story!! Bed frame ended up being continually delayed for nearly 2 months. After chasing them and calling the store, I finally got an upgrade on the frame I purchased and didn't have to pay a cent more.

I won't be going back to this shop in a hurry, unless I can walk out with what I paid for.

We ordered a king size mattress last year and have only just moved into our newly built home. They had no problem keeping it for us and then on delivery after removing plastic we discovered it was wet. As it was a Sunday the next day we went to Campbelltown store where they assured a new mattress would be delivered the next day and explained why this would have happened. Monday the new mattress was delivered at exact time I was given and it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had . Well done !!

We listened to her advice and after trying a number of mattress she suggested we decided on a mattress and purchased it. The price was less then we were expecting and we had been to two other stores in Warrawong and were happy with all their service. We were given a sixty day comfort guarantee and told that we needed to turn the rotate the mattress to get it to settle evenly. We love our mattress. It is so comfortable. The delivery was on time and we rang in the morning as they suggested we could and the drivers delivered in the one hour window they told us.

The staff members were the nicest people i could have ever wished for, they constantly called me 'sir' and answered all of the questions i had aswell as offering many many options what helped greatly.
These people were not pushy sales people, they were genuine people trying to get me the best bed possible.

Once i had decided on what i wanted we talked price and they were very very accommodating with what my budget was,
The store owner was in the store so he even came along to ensure that they were assisting all of my needs and ensuring that i was happy with what i was receiving.
I walked out with a complete bed set and am a very happy customer.

1st mattress sunk after 4 weeks it took bestinbeds 2 weeks to replace it. Now the new mattress is worse than the first one and it's been a week and a half and still no reply from bestinbeds warrawong. I've asked for a different mattress or our money back and they won't do either

The infornation [Name removed] waa able to give me on mattress choice was fantastic. Not only did we purchase a very comfortable mattress but also found the exact bedframe was son was looking for. Prices were also great.

I've been a repeat customer for 10 years. Got married and bought bedroom setting - lasted 10 years and only just replaced it - so can't complain!!! Have now bought a new mattress (amazing!!!) and a new bed for a single room. Steve has always offered us good advice and a great price. Misunderstandings happen and you get what you pay for, but I've always found Steve will offer his suggestions based on what our needs were. No complaints really... We keep going back!
