Expensive and poor quality
Paid $5000 in 2012 for Seally king Castelli. The top soft layer degraded and sagged within 3 months. So for 5 years living in hell with an uncomfortable matress that I couldn't afford to replace. Never again!!

Incredible that it always delivers
I recently needed to get a new bed as I was newly single. I had always loved Sealy but had been tempted away by my ex partner. Never again! I ordered a Queen Ensemble Majestic and WOW was it the best decision I have made this year [probably last year as well]. It was delivered on time as requested and even set up in my room which was tricky to get into. The delivery driver was super helpful and courteous.
I am a notoriously bad sleeper and yet this medium feel Sealy is just the ticket. Great colours, style, feel and great value for money. Go Sealy!

Sealy gives outstanding service
I recently ordered two Sealy Queen ensembles. I ordered them a week before Christmas, and I needed them delivered pre-Christmas.....big ask!!!
This was no problem at all for Sealy. Mike and Frank arrived on Christmas Eve to deliver the beds, unfortunately my staircase was too narrow, the amazing Frank and Mike were able to get the beds up over our balcony and into the upstairs bedrooms. Nothing was a problem for these two great guys.
The beds themselves are fabulous, (they look good too, I love the charcoal grey and white). Sealy beds consistently deliver a great nights sleep. The beds give the right level of support and softness, they are perfect. I love a Sealy bed and have been buying them since 1997.

Sealy King Size mattress sags after only 18 months
Our Sealy King Size mattress has sagged badly on both sides with a lump in the middle after only 18 months. When contacted, Sealy maintained this is normal despite us knowing a number of people with King Size mattresses that haven't experienced this problem. When we advised Sealy that this never occurred with our previous Sealy mattress, they said it was probably due to advances in materials and fibres used in new mattresses! Very poor excuse and doesn't say much for their research and development. I noticed on Sealy's FAQ page on their website that they say "Today’s flat foundations help support your mattress to prevent bowing or sagging."
Obviously that is not true and we will advise anyone considering buying a mattress to avoid Sealy!

Adjustable Bed Base 'Inspire' - False Warranty - Terrible Customer Service
After spending some time looking at adjustable bed bases, my husband and I settled on the Sealy Posturematic Inspire Split King Base, told that it had a full 10-year repair/replacement warranty, I wanted to check out the small print.
I located the owners manual/warranty details on the Sealy website https://www.sealy.com.au/mattress-range/brochures/Posturematic-Inspire-Manual.pdf and noticed a section which concerned me.
"Upon notice during the first year from the warranty commencement date, Sealy will send replacement parts (at no cost to the...Read more
purchaser) for any defective part to the purchaser, and Sealy will pay all authorized labour and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts Sealy determines to be defective. This ten (10) year warranty shall not apply if purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Sealy within 15 days of purchasers receipt of replacement part." This clearly states what Sealy will do for the first year but does not say what they will do after this. Then it goes onto mention that the customer has to return the defective parts to Sealy within 15 days after receiving a replacement part but if Sealy is paying all labour and transport costs? wouldn't the authorised repairer return the defective part? why would this be left up to the customer? Clearly indicates a sliding scale warranty No-one from Sealy Customer Care could answer these questions, instead, they talked around in circles, told me is clearly stated one thing and when I asked them to point it out, they became defensive. I even spoke to the Sealys National Customer Service Manager who was very rude and defensive, when asked if the call was recorded so I can lodge a complaint regarding her response I was told they only record the calls with her staff not with her.1 comment

Awesome mattress
Have had a Sealy for many years now without any issues. Great to buy an Australian made and a product that lasts. Sealy take pride in providing the consumer with the best. Great night's sleep from the very first night. Will never buy any other brand. Highly recommend a Sealy.

Fantastic mattress
I have been looking for a quality mattress to put in an air bnb . I wanted hard wearing, well made and comfortable. Just couldn't go past Sealy mattresses after testing many other brands which looked great but did not breathe and were so uncomfortable. Highly recommend Sealy.

Worst warranty ever, do not trust
King expensive, Posturepedic Aspire Ferron Plush mattress, bought 2015, end up being non functional and in Hard Trash -,thanks to useless sneaky warranty, mattress being checked by robotic team, less than 32mm sagging (asked to sleep in the middle to flat the hump ) don't care about clients money spent or being (Non Functional ).
Never buy from sealy again, not to be recommend for family or friends.
What a waste of money and time.

Terrific mattress!
My first ever Sealy mattress has been excellent. I would highly recommend any one of their products. The mattress still feels just as it did the first week as it does after a few years!

Very comfortable mattress!
We bought a king size Sealy Tribeca Firm mattress a month ago - our first new one in 15 years although our old mattress was also a Sealy. I was expecting to take some time to get used to it but it's been super comfortable from the first night. Can't fault it and would highly recommend. Great to support a trusted Australian brand.

Fantastic mattress
My first mattress since relocating to Australia; a Sealy Posturepedic Splendour. I am so happy with this purchase, the mattress is very comfortable while still having a gentle firmness about it. This is the best mattress I have ever owned as it provides such a fantastic and comfortable night's sleep!

Great mattress, very happy
This is our second Sealy Trundle bed mattress for the kids. They're extremely handy when they have friends sleepover and couldn't be happier with the quality and design. Would definitely buy again.

Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Beds
In February of 2022 I bought 3 Sealy King single beds from Harvey Norman Campbelltown. Within a few months all 3 beds were sagging with pronounced indentations and uncomfortable, only one meeting their standard for warranty with the indentation being at 32mm, while the other two beds where already at 22mm and 25mm. However I will note that I missed their measurement for the second bed but when I came into the room to see them measuring the third bed they where saying it was 22mm when it was clearly 25mm, I called them out on it and they agreed....Read more
The guy who came out advised me to just go ahead and ask Harvey Norman for a refund. I went into Harvey Norman that same day and said I wanted a resolution. The manager said he couldn't deal with me and that his customer service person would be in on Monday and it would be first priority. Monday midday, still no call so I called them. Customer service lady did not know anything about it. I explained everything and she said that she would contact Sealy. She sent me an email telling me that they would fix all 3 top panels for all the beds. Yesterday Sealy come and take away the beds and only completely "fix" one bed, not honouring what was agreed with Harvey Norman. I call Harvey Norman and of course the only person who can deal with it is not in. I then called Sealy, who claimed not to know about what they agreed on with Harvey Norman, only to tell me that they would call me back later that day and the day went by and no call came. I slept on one of the beds tonight and it is already sagging AGAIN after 1 night. I need a refund on these faulty beds! Other customers beware, if you have a problem with Sealy, they will give you such a run around. If there is a small stain on your mattress they try to make you feel bad about it telling you that you have to pay 240 dollars to have the panel replaced due to ohs issues even though at the time of purchase that is not mentioned. Sealy king size exquisite mattress ensemble bed.
New Sealy king size exquisite ensemble. The bed is lovely, the service was wonderful. Our needs were fully catered for. We needed a fairly low base for mobility problems and this was achieved. The bed is easy to make. It’s very comfortable and suits our needs. Very satisfied indeed.This was our first new bed for over 15 years so we were desperately in need of a new one but very nervous too about making a change.

Top of the range Crown Jewel Allure Plush
Could not say enough about our King Crown Jewel Allure Plush . Purchased a second Allure Plush Queen as we are downsizing. Apart from being so comfortable& supportive, we wake up feeling so refreshed and that is how it should be. Sealy have their own research and development department and really know how to produce a brilliant product. Wouldn't consider any other brand.
