Staff are liars and don’t honor what they say. Instead they hide behind oh that is what the terms and conditions say. Well how about your staff learn about the terms and conditions and don’t lie to customers by giving them false information. Would never buy from this company again.

Great customer service. Sales person was excellent. Very efficient and very helpful. Would recommend Jo. He went out of his way to explain the product and its good quality and benefits.

I am thoroughly happy with the service I received. Chris went through everything with me, from what the mattress was made of and on through what to look for in the comfort of a mattress. I was asked to try a few different types of mattresses and whilst laying on them I was checked that my spine was in alignment and that I was comfortable. He took his time to explain everything and allow me to take my time with no pressure to buy. I thoroughly recommend all the staff there. All very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thank you to Chris, he made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to and he knows his mattresses.

Very friendly sales assistant. The young lady was very helpful and patient. The assistant let me try different beds and pillows and didn't rush me. She seemed to know a lot about the different beds and pillows.

Joseph from Sleepy’s Auburn, really took the hard work out of purchasing a mattress. He was delightful from the moment I stepped into the store and even after leaving the store has left a lasting impression. He ensured I took my time making the right decision and had the kind of patience that most salespeople simply don’t.
He was friendly and professional and I appreciate the time he took not only to help me find the best fit for me but to explain the importance and key factors of protecting the mattress in order to get longevity out of it.

We invested in a sports performance mattress and electric base. 7.5hrs of sleep is better than 10hrs on my old mattress. I’m waking fully recovered everyday. The staff are awesome!

The staff at the Auburn store were very friendly and helpful. Jospeh took the time to explain the different products and the specials. Great customer service. My base has to be made, but I am looking forward to my new bed. Very happy with my experience at the Auburn store.
