Hi Lisa

My advice to you is don't purchase any sleepmaker product, look for a alternative product. Shopping at Sleepies is a bit like buying a second hand car, they say it has a warranty and u can return within 60 days if u are not happy. After that time, when the matrsss has sagged, they are just like the car salesman, totally not interested. My tip, spend your money else where. Good luck with it all

Hey Lisa

I don't know anything about this mattress - but I do know the '60 day sleep guarantee' is not true. Good Luck.

Hey Lisa, the mattress is made by the company Crown not sleepmaker like that person said. I just bought that mattress from Sleepys and it is very comfortable.

I have been trying to go on your website, and when I go into the mattresses it keeps refreshing the page and I can't do anything. Is there a problem?

Sorry, it is not my website.
I just gave a review for a mattress I bought from them. I didn't like the mattress.

I dont understand what you mean, I am no good on the computer, I was asked to verify my complaint, but when I clicked on, it just asked me to leave a review, I hope I put my review on the correct site, but knowing my luck I will get nowhere with it. Marg.

Hi Aakeen,

Thank you so much for your feedback.
Would you mind emailing [email protected] with the answers to the following questions?:

- What browser are you using (eg. Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome)
- What device are you using (eg. Desktop, Laptop, iPad/Tablet, mobile)

This way we can pass it on to our developers for their review.

Kind Regards,

Hi. I'm having a lot of trouble with mattress being too hot! The gel doesn't help. I don't think memory foam helps with sinking and lack of circulation. What would you recommend?

Sorry I can't help you with this one.

I know one person that simply flipped their hot mattress and now sleeps on the bottom side. Bit radical! There are under blankets on offer that offer 'cool' solutions. We tried two different types and neither work. You might try a couple of economical thick cotton under blankets. These will stop you sinking in to the foam, which might help a bit. After our successful refund, we went out and bought a <$200 mattress from Amart. We now use a woolen eiderdown (which we already had) and bought a reversible woolen under blanket to help reduce the firmness of the cheaper mattress. We are now sleeping way better than we did on the $1899 Aqua Control. My advice is to look for a mattress with zero latex, zero gel foam, as little cushion top as possible, and no foam side walls.

There is a lot of research and development invested by bedding manufacturers in foam technology to help assist with temperature management. Everyone is different in their body temperatures and the circumstances surrounding body heat during sleep. The best thing to do is spend as much time as you can in store lying on a bed to see if it is suitable for you and talk to sales consultants in store of your concerns. We want our customers to be enjoying healthy sleep and that is always our end goal for you! If you are at all unhappy with your Sleepy's purchase, we offer a 60 night comfort exchange and can help you re-select another option from our range. Hope this helps!

Can you tell me if the Sports performance mattress is designed for slat beds or just ensembles?
Thanks Jackie

Hi Jackie,
All of our mattresses are designed to fit on either an ensemble base or slat bed frame base. The better quality the slat frame bed the longer your mattress will last on it. Some things to consider are the width and thickness of the slats and how many slats are on the base. The Sports Performance mattress is quite heavy and needs to be supported with a base that has good quality slats. Our mattresses work better on flat slats are rather than "curved" or European slats. Hope this helps with your enquiry!
