Couldn't fault anything. Great work, can't recommend them enough!

My wife was sleeping on the floor after a back injury so had to replace our five year old soft latex mattress in a hurry. After visiting three local shops we choose the Sandman in Grovedale where Gerard's product knowledge far exceeded the others. We choose a custom made pocket spring with high quality firm foam topped with an organic cotton filling and cover. This was made and delivered within a week at a price that beat the others and also included delivery and removing the old mattress (one shop wanted over $100 for this!)

Time will tell but after two weeks, this is the most comfortable mattress we have had and being married for nearly 50 years we have had a few.

We have purchased both a Queen size latex mattress and also a mattress for our caravan from the Norlane store. Very impressed with the service from Brett who was both obliging and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.. absolutely wrapped.

I purchased a Latex Manifold mattress from the Torquay road store a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The one they have on the showroom floor is a single sided mattress, but when I mentioned my concerns about being able to flip it over, they were happy to add the pillow top to the other side for a reasonable price. This has made the mattress a bit heavier, but it will last for twice as long!

Great service and excellent quality at very good prices! I highly recommend Brett at the Norlane store, nothing was ever too much trouble. He knows the products well and was able to recommend the best products to suit our needs... We now sleep like a dream! Cannot recommend Brett and this company highly enough. Totally rate their contour gel pillows too, seems like the perfect combination with our new mattress

The bed i tried in Sandman was not the bed i received. Its hard as a Rock! My partner and i cant even sleep on it together without ending up in pain. We invested a lot of money and now have to sell it for under half of what we paid. The customer service was very disappointing as i wanted to fix the issue and the owner was being extremely defensive and dismissive. Wanted to charge me extra to fix the problem (of a brand new mattress) with no guarentee. This experience was a total waste of time and money. Never again!

We got a wrong order, no refund, no exchange was possible. You try in the shop and after 3 weeks you got something totally different. Bad service. Very expensive -$1350 only for the mattress, no discount at all, it comes with no warranty. Always check what is on the receipt, they don't write soft, medium or firm. Don't order anything from them!

I love the fact that Sandman can customise orders for me. I have very severe chemical sensitivities and their all cotton mattresses are the best thing! Even though I believe it wasn't organic cotton - it was so pure it could have been. Also when I apprised them of my issues, they took all care to minimise any chemical exposures to the mattress and made it up to my criteria. I have 3 altogether, and can attest that they last extremely well, with the edges holding their shape. Has lasted 10 years so far and still not worn out. Highly recommended.

I bought a latex mattress (pillow top) at the Geelong store. The staff were very good, honest and very helpful. Although they did not move on price the cost of an equivalent quality mattress elsewhere was much more expensive. i.e. The price did not appear overinflated to make it look good when your given a false discount. I am very happy with the mattress. Its pure latex, very very comfortable, and for me, not hot to sleep on. Overall I would give Sandman 5 stars!!

we purchased a queen size mattress an base set for $1299.00.we tried it before purchase and it was comfortable.the set we received was nothing like.hard as a rock. paid an extra $150.00 to try and fix it but still not the one we tried.don't buy from them

Purchased new stock, offered floor stock as replacement for the bedsides. Why not new????? My suite was covered in dirty layer of black dust, absolutely disgusting on the white. I was a customer over many many years, but sadley no more sfter all this. Buyer be very aware, they are rather expensive also. This is purely my personal opinion on my recent purchase with them.

They delivered very dirty furniture, with bedsides that have a few issues. Offered floor stock as replacement!!!
