Brilliant Company, Excellent Products
Have now been using Hotel at Home for more than five years and apart from the excellent quality beds the customer service is brilliant. They are responsive, helpful and their prices are very competitive. Can't recommend them more highly

5* Hotel Luxury Beds Just Like Best Hotels
Bought a luxury bed, it is luxurious best bed i've ever slept in, this company hotel@home has the best customer service, called them and they were very good, they have the commercial beds at the 5 star hotels but for your home, which is what I have done.

Favourite Bedding Seller
I love this store. They sell bedding you can't find anywhere else.
Customer service is top notch and if they don't have a product they will try to source it for you.
I have asked too many questions as bedding is hard to buy online and they are extremely helpful.
Also I purchased a pillow case which ripped once, contacted them and they immediately sent me a new one.
Although their prices are slightly higher than some I couldn't recommend them more.
