Best after sales service
I had a problem with my Gazebo,and although I was not entitled a replacement under warranty I was offered one when no receipt was available and no proof of purchase.Excellant service.

Just fabulous
This is bolted to the decking and withstood the storms on Thursday 29/12/16. Will attach a chain drain to the low corners to direct rain water more directly. Because of the angles the air is circulated and no hot spots. Well and truly worth the $600 at Bunnings, 5 year UV warranty on the sail.

My canopy has had a tear in one of the corners and now has ripped across a bit more, I have only had it a couple of years, so bit disappointed, is there some fault in it as I have read the last two reviews had the same problem! Pasted below

I had exact same problem,contact Gale Pacific on 1800331521. They were fantastic and although out of warranty they replaced canvas free of charge and very quickly.Could not have asked for better service.Apparantly they use a different method of fixing corners now,assuming you had turnbuckle fixing on the corners of yours as was used on older gazeebo.
