Extremely fast delivery
I ordered a Samsung 45L Convection Microwave Oven on Monday 27/04/2020 at 5.48pm - and as it could not be send to my PO Box had to have it delivered to my home address - which some companies have problems with in finding and Domino's Pizza refused to service.
Today - 30/04/2020 I received the item already - early this morning.
Thank you so much Costco for such fast delivery - especially as it came from Sydney (NSW) and I am in Bendigo (VIC) and with the current COVID-19 issues on had. Really appreciated your efficiency and didn't know how much we rely on having a Microwave.

Not impressed with Costco Online
I wasn't initially a Costco member as their warehouse is just too far away from us. However, surprisingly I found a product I needed at Costco Online. Hefty membership fee is mandatory in order to purchase, and Costco was very quick to take my money. Several days after placing the order, the status was still "Processing". In the Help section, it states to click the Chat button for support, but there's no one there, ever! They ask for your name and email address but not your order number or member number, so how in the world are they going to as...Read more
sist? You get an automated response and that's it. I lodged a request 3 times, and 7 days later received a vague response about how the item is shipped by a third party supplier and should arrive in 7-10 days. Well guess what, it's already been 10 days and it hasn't even been posted yet, let alone received! Absolute awful customer support, total waste of time and unreliable.Similar opinion?
