Great prices for this brand..the clothes I brought, are great quality for the price I've paid and their shoes have lasted the distance.. Especially when young children go through shoes at a fast rate.. This Costco, has 'some' fantasic staff members. Happy to be a member..

Have been at Costco for many years, started at Auburn then moved to Marsden park you have a lot of whingers in your review section but my post is positive, I love Costco and the yearly fee is paid for in your first visit or 2, If you don't like it leave, I am selective in my purchases and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Today I went to Cosco at Casula Liverpool ... early (yes I’m afraid I had too, after not being able to get TP for 3 weeks )I was very early because I had tried the week before & the crowd was overwhelming so did not even bother . The staff were great they had worked it out to stop people from pushing in ... & came out & gave feedback on what stock was available . Very impressed especially with the crowd that was there . Well done to all who work there . All the staff were pleasant & helpful . Huge thumbs up & thank you .

I have to travel to get there. I'm not trying to hoard, just usual shopping, but I'm not sure if the shelves are stocked. Can Costco or another customer help?

Devasted when I went to collect my daughters bday cake, they accidentally put the wrong name. No special cake for our party. So sad, too late to get another cake.

Stay on call for hours before pick up
Postage time very bad every time ask for confirming the order prices are very expensive too
I got the item from other retailer cheaper like shaving blade cheaper at aldi
But people don’t do any search before buying
I will say Costco is ripp off even other not charge membership
Even paying membership we pay more on online
What a rip they make customer fool as delivery charges are included in shipping

You have to buy I’m bulk but why not your saving a lot and you don’t run out at home
All these people winging about undercooked chicken
Would you rather the falling apart chicken that’s so over cooked from most supermarkets
If it’s a little pink it’s fine and cooked perfectly
It’s nice to try some American products to some are just great some are not
I live alone and still buy bulk the things I use
I go every month always will

I have asked for a refund of membership fee of $60.00. Has not been done as yet. I have sent several emails and have not received one reply. I do not trust Costco.

Had been looking at Air Dryers for a while, but wasn't thrilled at the reviews.
Costco had an in-store demonstration.
The brand is Fryair and it has a lot more features than all the others.
Showed all features & showed food cooking also offered a extra promotional pack with very useful utensils.
Costco is great for appliances. Recommended highly to friends & family to join & take advantages on instor demonstrations.

Attended Costco Moorabbin for a Kirkland food product. Unable to locate so asked the lady at the info desk who stated it may be discontinued but she would submit an email asking if the product would be restocked and have them reply directly to me. Waited a week, no reply so sent an email directly to Customer Care. Another week and still no reply. Not a particularly difficult question for the average company. Apparently too hard for Costco. I don't have a Costco near me so it's quite a drive therefore I fill the car. Average about $900 every couple of months. They're not always the cheapest but the convenience of lots of products in one store was good. I'll just buy online now. No customer service means no customers.

We bought a chicken today early for our dinner tonight and happened that was uncooked and very pinky colour. I took pictures of it if you need it. Is only a chicken but it cost us our dinner.

I live over 60km away from Costco and don’t drive. I wanted to visit and have a look, in case I later will come there with friends or family. I was informed at the door that I had to pay $60 just to for visiting the store. Which I didn’t. How can anyone know if it is worth buying if they are only rarely in the area?! Not prepared to pay $60 for just visiting.

I saw two employees handling food without wear gloves. One islander like, she wiped her sweat with her bare hand and touch food.
Another Indian lady at check out does not call my ticket number instead called out food and she touched my food with bare hand. How disgusting these are.
Should not the manager or supervisor educate their employee on food safety rules

I am not coming back not unless you ensure food safety are followed by your staffs.

We have been buying this product for Several years and always been very pleased they have recently changed to having it packaged in Vietnam and the nuts are not the same . We feel that they are of a much poorer Quality, and they are now tasting stale. We will miss this treat very much!! Very sorry to see this change .....

The service attendants do not provide details about the cost of lenses in addition to the cost for frames. I purchased frames for $170 then was told lenses are an additional $170!!! This is not communicated anywhere. Really?? Cheaper at specs savers.

I have bought outdoor furniture, electrical goods, hardware, clothing and grocery lines from Costco. I am always impressed with the quality of the products, value for money and their customer service.

On a few occasions I have had to return products and I have never encountered any problems. My receipts are kept electronically and it has been no questions asked - if I’m not happy they’re not happy. Full refund on the spot!

A lot of other retailers could learn a lesson from Costco.

I was a member for the past 5 years, but decided not to renew my membership, because of the rude attitude of this particular employee in the food section. He is a male, probably between 45 = 50 years of age. Costco should look into this, otherwise you'll lose your members
