Not angry anymore!
I got a zero score and I was like super angry at first but thenI had credit simple people sent me an article on why my score was zero. I had a default I hadn’t paid, so I got it paid up and I will be watching my score and my payments to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Still not happy about the default but at least its not Credit Simple’s fault. Thanks for the service.

Credit simple is good as long as you don't use the loan companies
Good service from credit simple. Although I'm stuck on the same score for a while now. Don't know how regularly they update. As of the loan companies., I am very suspicious. They offer you a "low interests" at there introduction ad. But that is just to get you interested. I applied for a loan, and even with an high credit rating, they asked me almost 21% interest. A VERY far call from the 6% they offer in there ad. I think that is a rip off. Of course they are going to say "conditions apply" . Maybe one day I might have a 100% credit score and ...Read more
then I might get an "special" interest rate of 17%. Be aware. I think it is an rip off. Especially if you are in serious need of money. I am lucky. I could tell them to keep their loan. Unfortunately not everyone is so lucky.

Not too bad, actually
Took a while to try this because I wasn't sure what all my bad history would look like in a credit score. But it turned out I'm doing alright. Now I'm in there a lot, just watching to see how I'm doing. I like it.

Not up to date like get credit score & credit savvy
I have recently checked my credit score after new compressive credit reporting and I found that my score has increased to 692 on get credit score and 713 in credit savvy where as my score in credit simple is still sitting at 471 and there’s huge difference, I know both score out of 1200 but still my score is good.
I believe credit simple still not updated after CCR and it can’t be be compared with other major credit agency and I think no need to take their score so serious.

We pull our information from illion, which is one of the main credit reporting agencies and does indeed receive CCR.

Creditsimple continuous to show a low score probably because it doesn’t have the right date. None of my accounts are showing or other info. 3 other websites are giving me too notch score and CS is fairly low. I have 4 cards open and credit simple isn’t even showing one of them. Probably that’s y.

Load of bull
They gave me a very poor rating and I have never missed or been late on any loan, credit or utility bill payment & apparently I have loans with nimble that are displayed in my credit report when I have never had or affiliated with that company. My newest personal loan & credit card I recently paid off is non existent. I checked this score with a score provider offered by ASIC and the results are the opposite. My score is top notch. They just want to make you paranoid so you apply for loans they offer.

Conflict of interest
Credit Simple is owned by Dun and Bradstreet, who are both a debt collector and and a reseller of credit products. This is a fundamental conflict of interest. All the other "credit report" agencies run on the same model. Irrespective of any individual's 'score' (and such scores vary wildly between agencies), their business model is to sell you credit products from which they receive a commission.

Not Accurate
getcreditscore site shows my credit score is 635 which seems to be correct as I don't have any default till now, however, Credit Simple shows my credit score is 419 which is a big difference and that can't be true.

Mefi F.Credit Simple
Hi Sri, getcreditscore's scoring system is out of 1200 and ours is 1000. That may explain some of the discrepancy! So your credit score is actually better with Credit Simple. Perhaps you might reconsider your rating - just a thought.

Scam? Really? Looks legit to me
LOL at all the people here who are saying Credit Simple is a scam what because they had a technical problem with the site! Mate technology isn’t perfect, people! I managed to get my score without problems and it’s pretty clear to me that the company is legitimate – credit reporting is a regulated industry and you can’t just set up shop and do whatever you like! Do some HOMEWORK I would say! (frustrated & ANNOYED!)

Never too old to check
I’m one of them“older” generation and all this technology is new to me so this blew my mind when I signed up to get my credit score. It was so quick, just use your ID and create an account. I was skeptical at first about handing over my personal information but I read the information on the site and I’ve seen so many media mentions of Credit Simple and credit scores that I knew it was legitimate. Happy to get a top credit score even though I am not in the market for any new loans or credit cards, but as Credit Simple says, I’ll be asking my current providers for better deals. I never knew all this existed, thanks for that guys, I really appreciate the service.

Credit simple has been a wonderful site for me since I joined up. It has given me all the information I have needed while looking into applying for a mortgage.
I read through my whole credit file on there and when I went to discuss mortgage applications with different institutions I knew what was on my credit report and I could share this information with the institutions.
Low and behold when these institutions checked my credit report to verify the information, it was all 100% accurate. There were no surprises.

Previously, we only took account the enquiry information on your credit report. Your new score now takes account your account history with NAB. It is also partly due to the fact that we only have NAB have chosen to provide us only 3 months of payment history. Nothing to do with your own personal credit rating
When I enquired about my credit rating, when nothing had changed as to why it had dropped was told that it had to do with the area I live in not actually to do with my own personnel credit rating.

Signed up but never used them and trying to unsubscribe. They just tell you to go on your account which I finally managed to do only to find that you can't unsub from their credit reports - only from newsletters. And a company who don't put any phone number on their website has to do this for a reason. Credible companies do not make it this difficult.

Be wary.
I don't require credit, and do not use credit cards. Last week I was contacted on my private email, asking me to provide proof of identity, and send my passport details. I have not and do not need to apply for credit - ye they say they were asked to provide my credit worthiness to a third party. And I am missing out !! Pathetic
This ‘service’ is a pathetic joke. Applied for a credit card that is very favourable to use overseas as the fees and exchange rates are great. Yet this application dropped my credit rating over 100 points. Now you look at the offers for credit cards they are touting and you would have to be financially incompetent to take them. The credit score they come up with is totally inconsistent with a persons financial position as it takes no account of assets or ability to repay credit. This site is just a shop selling financial products for commission.
