the imformation on my credit report is not mine it is someone with the same name as mine,i have never dealt with these finance companies,looks like they don t even check or don t care about can happen to you because of this.they have asked me for a rating O

Great Credit Score company with lots of info and offers
Credit simple is great. I got my credit score and information in a few mins. I don't have a drivers license but used my passport which worked fine. I got my score easily and then had a report with details on my credit history. Really easy to understand. There are offers on there too. Ill look into them to see if any suit.

Ridiculous
You can't get a credit score if you don't have a driver's licence. In this day and age there are still some people who don't drive! This product is not as good as the info commercial on tv that it says it is. I can't even register! Nowhere near happy!

The moment I saw the Questions I smelt a rat! This is not some ethical company tied to responsible behaviour by some enforsable regulation. These people are going to milk you for every bit of Personal Information they can get. They know most of it is going to be factual because of the type of information you are seeking. TERRIBLE - DONT DO IT
Saw the product advertised on Channel 7 - The Morning Show.
Completed the online form, and provided my drivers licence information as requested, and then got a pop up that my details ' did not match' - which I was puzzled by and wondered what was it 'not matching to' !
Got the usual self generated condescending email ' you are important to us .... blah blah blah ... and that we will get back to you as soon as possible'
1) if we are so important, why dont they have a set time to return to customer queries - eg: within 2 days etc ?

Finally received a basic response saying - thanks for your drivers licence, but now we need you to send a copy of a utility bill to verify my details match name and address as per my drivers licence. - IT'S A RORT. - I'M NOW SCEPTICAL. - NOTHING ON THE ADVERTORIAL ON CHANNEL 7 do they say you need to supply all these details, all they say its very quick and easy and INSTANT.1 comment

Because there are no instructions to cancel your personal information and they do t have access to the major Australian lending institutions.
Overall useless exercise

Does not meet Advertised expectations for credit assessment
creditsimple.com.au is supposed to be a simple online credit assessment service. It is widely advertised on TV. Unfortunately, the service falls far short of what is advertised. Bank credit and credit card details seem not to be able to be accessed. Perhaps their search engine excludes over 60's or does not include "Big Bank" data.
In any event, "flying under the Radar", or "does not exist" is not a very professional response to an "on-line" enquiry.

Credit simple, why do you state that I have a Court judgement against my name, I have had Oakbridge lawyers and Equifax check your allegations and both have contacted me and disagree with your claims. I have sent you a copy from them both but you still have not corrected my file on your system. Is your system that poor and out dated. What more proof and mucking around do you require? Do you Think that the letter I forwarded you from the lawyer is false? It has all their contact details. Please respond. Maybe it is you that need investigation. Can be arranged
