GAVE MY CREDIT REPORT!!!
This website is a joke, it is sooooo easy to get your credit score - great right?! Well maybe too easy guys, you are giving people's credit reports to the wrong person.

Read morel back for months but nobody ever calls. I understand that you pitch yourselves as an online company but in a situation like this I think a phone call would be a common courtesy. I absolutely do not believe that there are no phones in your office. No it’s not a simple mix up of names it is somebody who has stolen my drivers license number and applied on your website for my Credit file. Since this incident I have had to apply for my own credit file on multiple different agencies website and it is absolutely ridiculous how simple you make it you are really assisting the identity fraud industry. In addition to this it is 100 percent clear to me that the reason you make it so simple it’s because your main objective is to collect peoples information so you can then spam them with endless emails about loans holidays and other unrelated matters . I warn anybody about using this company it is a total joke .

Terrible
After providing all of my details & creating a password, I received an email to log in to get my credit score. Website unavailable but they now have all of my personal & drivers licence details. Not impressed to say the very least!

It is just taking your identity
So I naively filled in all my personal detail. Gave my drivers licence details as proof of my identity. It asked for more. So I gave my Medicare card details. It then asked for photos to be uploaded of more identification. Are you kidding? Don't do it! I You know what they say, "if it quacks like a duck........." maybe it's a duck.

The website is slow and results in Error 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

Great Credit Score company with lots of info and offers
Credit simple is great. I got my credit score and information in a few mins. I don't have a drivers license but used my passport which worked fine. I got my score easily and then had a report with details on my credit history. Really easy to understand. There are offers on there too. Ill look into them to see if any suit.

Ridiculous
You can't get a credit score if you don't have a driver's licence. In this day and age there are still some people who don't drive! This product is not as good as the info commercial on tv that it says it is. I can't even register! Nowhere near happy!

TERRIBLE - DONT DO IT
Saw the product advertised on Channel 7 - The Morning Show.
Completed the online form, and provided my drivers licence information as requested, and then got a pop up that my details ' did not match' - which I was puzzled by and wondered what was it 'not matching to' !
Got the usual self generated condescending email ' you are important to us .... blah blah blah ... and that we will get back to you as soon as possible'
1) if we are so important, why dont they have a set time to return to customer queries - eg: within 2 days etc ?

Does not meet Advertised expectations for credit assessment
creditsimple.com.au is supposed to be a simple online credit assessment service. It is widely advertised on TV. Unfortunately, the service falls far short of what is advertised. Bank credit and credit card details seem not to be able to be accessed. Perhaps their search engine excludes over 60's or does not include "Big Bank" data.
In any event, "flying under the Radar", or "does not exist" is not a very professional response to an "on-line" enquiry.
