Water Damage to Furniture and little to no Help
Moved a full container of household goods between Singapore and Melbourne over Dec / Jan and was shocked to find boxes damaged and water damage to furniture inside them. Crown also seemed to subcontract delivery to another company and then provided no support when damage was relayed to them.

Very poor communication & customer service
Moving a 2 bedroom house from Melbourne, AU to Wellington, NZ. Was recommended Crown by friends who said the service was great. I have unfortunately had the complete opposite experience to great. Communication has been poor from the start and I have always had to follow up multiple times to get responses or answers. Phone calls go answered and the Crown team could work on using out of office bounce emails. any turned up. I had also specifically requested crates for my wine collection which were not provided and instead was packed poorly into normal cardboard boxes. My relocation consultant was on leave the day of my move which had also not been communicated. I was told later that the wine would be repacked however no photos were provided of proof - I await to see this when my goods arrive hopefully in one piece. Packers weren't very efficient in packing as the volume went up from quoted 15m3 to 20m3. Packers came on 25/09. After no updates following the invoice for the increased volume 08/10 (they also first sent me an invoice for an entirely different client) I contacted my relocation consultant on 17/10 to ask for vessel details. Estimated arrival in NZ was 17/11 with 15 business days for customs clearance. I tracked the ship which arrived 13/11. It has now been well over 15 business days with no update and no reply to emails at 09/12.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Exceptionally good service
I moved from Auckland to Melbourne and Crown Relocations made it extremely easy for us to move. The items arrived on time and I couldn’t be happier with the overall service. 10/10 would recommend.

Stress free all the way
I used Crown recently to move from Melbourne to Brisbane. The whole Crown team were excellent from start to finish. Everything was so well thought through and orchestrated, we literally had nothing to do but sit back and watch.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Should be renamed to "Clown Dislocations"
We moved from Auckland to Melbourne. The move started off OK, we had a visit from a representative who explained how their services work. Come moving day, the truck arrived late, and at the wrong location! I had gotten up early and driven to the location to where the truck was supposed to turn up (at our storage unit), only to have to drive back to meet the truck back at the house. No one accepted responsibility, the move coordinator blaming it on the packing people and the packers blaming it on the move coordinator.

Also, we were shipping our car and the Crown coordinator sent us an outdated imported form which took ages to fill out and involved photocopying all pages of our passports (that's right, all pages), and when we sent this form it was promptly returned to us by the government department and we had to redo the whole process. Thanks, Clown Dislocations... At the other end, when our items arrived and we opened our boxes, it was as if the packing had been done by children (mind you, children could have probably packed them better). A few smashed bowls, a damaged oil heater, minor damage on a mattress and a dresser table, luckily nothing major.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Poor service delivery
First time I have used Crown Relocation service from Melbourne to Macau. Everything went smoothly and follow up was efficient until payment was made. Numerous phone calls, emails and voice mails were left to chase up for invoice and delivery date. 2 weeks after the boxes were taken away and at this moment in time, I am still unaware of the whereabouts of my belongings. Follow up was non-existent after payment was made, not to mention I picked the more expensive option for air freight and expecting items to be delivered in a more efficient manner. Ridiculous is the only word I would use to describe for this experience.
