Cuisinart delivers poor products and poor service
I purchased this coffee grinder 2 years ago and only used twice a week and it stopped working. I emailed and called Cuisinart - response took over a week and when I explained the situation they never responded back. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and the poor product which I paid a lot of money for

This is an earthbound super-star!
What is it with you people? This grinder is amazing value!! Check out the prices for a good branded Conical Burr machine: maybe 2 to 3 TIMES this price.
The CABM grinds at least as evenly and as well as those at the best coffee houses. I have friends over that are self-confessed coffee b*ll-busters who swear my coffee "champions" nearly every single cup they buy outside.
And then Cafes NEVER use the finest grind because it clogs up their machines and the pour takes too long. As far as mess goes - suck it up: Coffee making IS messy - it's ...Read more
part of the art. Buy yourself a 2" paint brush and use that as a "duster" Easy Peasy. Signing off with a MAGIC cafe latte tip: for out-of-this world creamy, foamy, yummy stretched milk. Nearly 'freeze' your milk and stainless steel jug in your freezer before frothing. (~ 20 mins) Yo. A coffee brew quality, baristas can't touch.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Simply can't grind fine enough for espresso
Very disappointing, especially since our previous grinder was a Cuisinart around the same price point and did a great job for about ten years. This machine is unable to grind fine enough for use with an espresso machine, although it claims to be able to. Additionally, the receptacle for the ground coffee has a silly fully detachable lid that causes coffee grinds to spill out and make a mess when you open it (you know how they're all static-y and cling to plastic and jump about). Probably could have lived with that if the thing had actually been functional! This was completely useless at the job we bought it for.

Unreliable, Messy to use,
Avoid this piece of gear if you can, the grinder produces a different grind every time, the ground coffee sticks in the receptacle and is a real nuisance to get out, very messy, coffee dust everywhere. The whole thing after 6 months switches itself off after 5 seconds use so that you have to keep your finger on the go button all of the time. I wish I had never bought this thing, it`s not cheap to buy but works like it should be half the price it is . Not a clever purchase .

fresh coffee
Does the job ...thats basically what you need. Have only had a couple of months. The unit runs on 120 volts so for australua at least you need a power converter to use it. That cost me an extra $50. The other main issue for me is grinded coffee is awkward to remove from catcher.

It was good while it lasted......
Required constant care to avoid clogging but worked well for about 1 1/2 years. Then it died. Absolutely dead. I had to pull out my 25 year old grinder to make coffee this morning. I will not be buying another Cuisinart grinder because they are still selling the same model and I believe the problem is in the design. It's a lot of money for something so temporary.
easy measuring and a good grind.
coffee grounds impacted and it stopped working.
