Absolutely disgusting. Promised my collar two to four weeks, eight weeks so far with a crap tracking number and no updates or replies to various emails. Phone rings out, chat doesn't work. My guess is the collars are from China and have been caught up in the covid-19 situation, but no excuse. An explanation and a refund should be offered.

It actually took me a while to realize that whilst these collars look ok new, they fall apart and are not designed to allow you to tether a dog using the clip ring.
I kept being sufficiently happy with the appearance and didn’t think about how they would wear out so soon. I have finally woken up. They also advertise almost weekly that they are closing down. Just a farce.

Omg I wish I had read the reviews first. Took to long, I have small dogs and the collar is too thick, the buckle is so chunky and covers the phone number, customer service is terrible. They completely ignore my emails and I know they are have read them. No one answers the phone.

Don't bother wasting your money! I purchased a named harness and never received it and every time I ask for a refund they stop responding to my emails! I keep trying and never get anywhere.
Quality is cheap and nasty. I had purchased a collar a couple of years ago and it gave my dog a huge rash she lost all her hair around her neck.
Would never recommend anyone to this company.

Was initially sent the wrong item, and told that another would be sent immediately. Waited weeks, followed up, and it hadn't been sent, so I asked for a refund. Didn't get a reply so followed up again to be told that it would still be sent (and no, I couldn't have a refund). Still hasn't arrived, but because they stalled replying to me until they eventually sent it, I still can't have a refund. Don't even know how many weeks it's been at this point. The worst online service I've ever experienced.

Appalling Customer Service, compounded by an extensive delay with delivery (in excess of 5 weeks), made this an extremely frustrating transaction. Consequently, I could NOT recommend this company and would suggest buyers go elsewhere, where Customer Service is a priority. I endeavoured to telephone this company on many occasions over a period of several weeks, however, they simply do NOT answer telephone enquiries, nor are they pro-active about responding to emails.
The shipping time is advertised as being between 2-4 weeks - this unfortunately was NOT the case.
The entire process was incredibly frustrating and regrettable - I sincerely doubt my wife and I will be trading with this company ever again.

I ordered a dog collar 7 weeks ago and to date it has not been received. I contacted them by email 2 weeks ago and they said that they had been experiencing higher than usual demand but the item was on its way. 10 days later I contacted them again to advise it had still not been received. I was then given a tracking number that suggested the item had been posted that day.... not 10 days earlier as I had been advised. the item has still not been received and I am not confident that I will ever receive it. They are now not responding to my inquiries. if I could give them zero stars I would and wish that I had read the reviews before purchase. I will not buy from this company again.

Received my dogs collar, great colour and good quality, fast postage and always has good sales on.
Super easy clip system, and name stitching means we don’t need a metal tag anymore.
I would definitely recommend!

Ordered 2 collars in November 2022, 2 came after 5 weeks. One was correct the other had the wrong name and phone number. They cannot be contacted by phone, messaged and sent photos of wrong collar, confirmed the details, waited another 6 weeks and they sent the wrong one again. Finally after waiting 4 months, third time lucky got the correct one.
The company is not Australian, they are based in China.

Very uncomfortable collars not good quality.

I ordered two of the padded collars for my Maltese cross rescue dogs. Took a month to arrive. The collars are so bulky my dogs can't wear them. I bought the small size.

Placed another order for non padded collars to see if they were less bulky. Bad quality embroidery and still bulky with all the clunky hardware. Also took a month to arrive. Waste of money. Also $10 shipping is a bit steep.

Medium 2.5cm wide nylon collar

I found delivery was slow...order placed 14 January 2020, received 25 February 2020. I find the nylon collar to be quite hard and the clips clunky and not easy to lock and unlock.
This is my second order from Custom Pet Collars and I’m sadly not able to recommend their collar fabric or clips... I won’t be ordering again. Sorry!

Never buy from the company, ordered in December and website says 2-4 weeks, been emailing and they say that it has been sent but they don't do tracking numbers or can't tell me when they sent it. I finally go onto them on the phone and they said that it was sent on Friday and they'll email me a tracking number. I don't believe a word they say. Very disappointing

I purchased some dog collars a month and a half ago now and I've gotten no shipping information or tracking numbers. I was told custom items take 2-4weeks before sending but I did not order any custom items. Their website also has no shipping information because they aren't even shipping from Australia.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Ordered a collar 4 weeks ago and still waiting. Everytime I ring up, the excuse is that it’s been delayed and You will be getting it in a few days. Still waiting. Horrible customer service over the phone also.

Posting again as this seems the only way to get the attention of this company when needing answers.
Last week I was contacted to remove my previous review and was offered a refund and to still receive my order. This order was meant to be made priority after “the courier lost my package” weeks and weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything, no refund received nor have i seen my package or any tracking information. Can’t believe it’s been such a hassle over dog collar and leash!
Contacting my bank this afternoon to lodge a fraud claim to finally get my money back

Made an order over. 1 month ago, no contact, no response to 4 contacts and I discover they are offshore and misleading people they are Australian.
I am making a complaint to consumer affairs and credit card provider. Do NOT get sucked in they are absolutely disgraceful

I can't get any info on collars ordered on 8/3. Via fb messenger and email they repeatedly say they are short staffed and behind. Order is still unfulfilled so I filed a dispute claim for two collars with Playpal. They take your money and don't ship. How can I get a response from this scam?

Even if you get a response you'll only be lied to. They don't answer phones or emails, only seem to answer via messenger from Facebook. They won't reply to PayPal either. I'm in the same position with a case opened and PayPal have told me just to "sit tight" as I'll get my money back if they don't provide tracking and/or proof of delivery within 10 days of case being opened. This company will just keep lying to you saying there is a backlog but your collars are coming to stop you from taking further action but don't listen to them, go for the jugular and get your money back! If you paid with PayPal go straight through to opening a claim - I'd just about guarantee you'll be getting a refund rather than your item as they are definitely scammers. Have a look on Ebay you'll find the same products for half the price these people charge listed there - they are coming from China so you're better off to order off Ebay and only pay about $7 for the collar, you'll have the same long wait but it will be much cheaper! No use paying extra $$$ when you don't get quicker service is there?

I actually received the collars about 8 weeks later. I had already ordered another set from LLBean which were quite expensive but great quality. Now each dog has two.

I put in a refund dispute with Pay Pal. They sent off a message to this company,,, suprise, suprise after I get a message within 3 hours that my item is on its way. Have given me a tracking number which indicates something ?? has left China. that afternoon. If you used Pay Pal contact them for a refund, hope this helps
