I paid for my collar 3 months ago and have not received it. I have sent 8 emails not one reply. Dont bother ringing the number as it goes straight to message bank. They are a joke - you pay upfront but will never receive anything. Do not buy from. This company

Absolute nightmare - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have been waiting 6 weeks since I purchased a single collar and still have not seen it arrive yet. I was never given any tracking advice. If you want a collar buy 1 from Petbarn and get an engraved tag. This company is completely unprofessional.

Ordered my two collars over 4 weeks ago, after two weeks of no news I followed up with the company when they stated that it was on its way and I should have it within the next few days. A week passed and still nothing I contacted again and was told the same thing and that they will follow up with it. 5 days have no passed again and still no word. Asked for a refund two times and have not received any kind of email back. Have reported the company to ACCC.

Been waiting 2 weeks. Emailed they replied briefly. Waited few more days rang left message they don't return calls. Waited few more days I rang them they speak broken English very sparse on details couldn't specify when will come. That is absolutely disgusting business ethics. I will wait few more days if not received will report them to fair trading and scam watch.

I ordered 2 collars and tried to get an address changed week 1- 2 and 4. After sending an email expressing i wasnt happy it by some miracle was sent that morning - never got to update the address. I won't be using this company again, they act like they have customer service initially but dont follow through.

Added a second collar to an order which I paid for and didn't receive (been waiting for 2 months).
When asked for a delivery date they would not answer and refuse to refund.

Great customer service!!

This is thw second time I have ordered a collar for my dog from Custom Pet Collars. Their collars are made to the higest level and they have the best customer service! This time I mistakenly ordered the wrong size collar for my dog. When I emailed them to ask if there was someway I could shorten the collar myself they unexpectedly offered to remake the collar free of charge. The person I dealt with was so lovely and has let me know the new collar will be made asap and posted to me. I could not recommend this company more.

Ordered a particular collar and received an incorrect size. Sunce conta ted custompetcollars and they refuse to return my calls or emails. Do not deal with these people - they know they are wrong on this occasion and refuse to rectify. Its oy 12 dollars value but its not the point. I am about to launch an offensive on social media.

I ordered a few dog collars during the Boxing Day sale and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Although the items took 4 weeks to arrive, I am nonetheless very happy with the quality and general look of these collars, especially given how cheap they were to purchase! Customer service was also great - email responses are fast and polite. Overall, a good experience with Custom Pet Collars- the items just take a few weeks to arrive.

Even though it took 4 weeks to get to me, it was worth the wait. Their customer service is fantastic. I purchased in the Boxing Day sale so it was to be expected that the wait was longer than normal.
I highly recommend these collars and leads. They’re great quality and well priced.

I ordered my dog Collar from them on the 5th January horrible company have not received my dog collar i have ordered very disappointing tried ringing can not get through them always unavaible should have not done this very disappointing should shut it down and stll waiting do not buy from this company

I am still yet to receive the products I ordered on 12th December, I doubt they will arrive at all! Unable to get an honest or accurate update from this company. I have been advised the products had already been shipped, give it 7 days.... Waited another 7 days : still nothing, the response was give it another 7 days!!!!!!! I requested the tracking info, I was given a false tracking number. This company has been reported to the ACCC. They should be shut down.

We have had two orders placed for collars and leads and have found them better than we imagined and prices reasonable. No problem with delivery and service.
Could not believe the bad reviews as we would recommend products to other pet owners.

This company offers the worst experience I have every seen. They are not based in Melbourne.
Multiple emails sent with minimal response and lack of detailed response. They don’t provide you with a contact number to call. The number every time you call is always unavailable. They say your order has been dispatched and won’t provide tracking numbers and it’s been 5 weeks already.

This company needs to been reported and closed down.

Wrong collar was sent. I contacted by email and asked to provide a photo of the collar against a tape measure to prove my claim (?). I have now emailed that photo 3 times as well as called and left a message - no response. Shame because the previous order was very good.

March 16th 2022 Update: Still waiting

So, my replacement collar was received, after a wait of 7 weeks, and guess what - the same sized collar was sent again. Have contacted via Messenger which is their preference, and again sent photos to ‘prove’ my claim, but no response. Do not purchase from this company. I would give zero stars if possible.

After 3 months I have come to accept I will not get my dog collar. 1st wrong size. 2nd lost in post. 3rd I'm told its here and in the post to my address. it didn't arrive. When I finally talked to the company they hung up on me and won't return emails. Give your money to charity

- phone number “unavailable” when we attempted to call
- vague, unhelpful email replies
- didn’t response when we asked for a different phone number to contact them directly on

Overall - absolute waste of money!!!

I can't get any info on collars ordered on 8/3. Via fb messenger and email they repeatedly say they are short staffed and behind. Order is still unfulfilled so I filed a dispute claim for two collars with Playpal. They take your money and don't ship. How can I get a response from this scam?

Even if you get a response you'll only be lied to. They don't answer phones or emails, only seem to answer via messenger from Facebook. They won't reply to PayPal either. I'm in the same position with a case opened and PayPal have told me just to "sit tight" as I'll get my money back if they don't provide tracking and/or proof of delivery within 10 days of case being opened. This company will just keep lying to you saying there is a backlog but your collars are coming to stop you from taking further action but don't listen to them, go for the jugular and get your money back! If you paid with PayPal go straight through to opening a claim - I'd just about guarantee you'll be getting a refund rather than your item as they are definitely scammers. Have a look on Ebay you'll find the same products for half the price these people charge listed there - they are coming from China so you're better off to order off Ebay and only pay about $7 for the collar, you'll have the same long wait but it will be much cheaper! No use paying extra $$$ when you don't get quicker service is there?

I actually received the collars about 8 weeks later. I had already ordered another set from LLBean which were quite expensive but great quality. Now each dog has two.

I put in a refund dispute with Pay Pal. They sent off a message to this company,,, suprise, suprise after I get a message within 3 hours that my item is on its way. Have given me a tracking number which indicates something ?? has left China. that afternoon. If you used Pay Pal contact them for a refund, hope this helps
