Personaly i think the milk is amazing and if you think it tatstes weird after the first day I suggest putting it in the fridge. And if it makes you feel sick, this is just a thought maybe your lactose intolerant.

The milk was okay on the first day, then it began to get an odd smell and taste, like it had gone off. I keep thinking it’s propped up with powdered milk, as that is a little what it tastes like. Plus, it doesn’t have the expected creaminess that full cream milk usually has. Very off putting smell and taste, cannot drink.

I have asked my doctor why some milk makes my feel sick after drinking it and others don't. She explain it had something to do with the way different companies make it and the cows it comes from. Something to do with Casein protein, which I din't really understand. Our local cafe where I have always bought coffee changed to dairy farmers milk and I started feeling sick. I enquired if they had changed their coffee and was told no, the milk, that is when I started investigating. So I can't drink Dairy Farmers or Pauls milk, but I can have A2 or our local made milk Cooloola Milk.

You would think Woolworths would have more buying power therefore being able to make it cheaper than most.

Milk I used to buy in Woolworths often tastes awful and sour.. very worst. Never expected this worse. Happened 3 times in 2 months. Very disappointed.

50% of the time I buy it, it has a strong metallic taste to it. Other times, it is fine.

I've had ongoing issues with Dairy Farmers for a couple of years now -- a kind of artificial, chemical-like flavour to the milk that tastes foul. The strength of this taste varies from batch to batch, but it's occasionally so strong that you can actually smell it as soon as you open a container.

As others have noted, you can luck out and get a batch that taste fine, but more and more often I've ended up with milk that I've had to immediately throw away because nobody in my household can stomach the horrible taste. I'd have avoided the brand completely at this point but my local stores sometimes run out of alternatives.

Had 2 bottles in the fridge, one expiring tomorrow 8/9/17 and one on the 15/9/17. Both taste the same, I am a little sick but it doesn't taste like milk. Wondered if it was a batch issue but nope both watery and gross which it shouldn't being regular and not low fat, others seem to be off put by it as well

the milk claim naturally contain A2 protein on the label. However, It still make me stomachache as it is not A1 free.
the label is totally misleading. If you have no such problem, this milk maybe fine. But I don't think it is a trustworthy company after this.

it is really disgusting that you pretend and claim you can solve some problem when you cannot.

Like others here, dairy farmers milk has something bad going on, it can taste awful, and it seems to depend on when you get it, sometimes it's ok others it undrinkable. I contacted dairy farmers about it and they tell me it is the lights in the shops that can affect it, so I started sifting through the shelves to get the ones not exposed to the light, but still the same.
It seems to be batches in the same date range, also some cheaper milks also can have the bad taste but I have recently found out they also are done in the dairy farmers factory (dairy choice)
I have now changed brands and don't have any issues

This is an organic milk quality that in my opinion, is the best you can get in Australia. I grew up in a family that promoted drinking milk.

PROS:
•This may be just me, but I find it easier to digest and it doesn’t cause adverse affects on my stomach, which other brands do.
•Pure Organic – which means no added chemicals or other preservatives that you see in other brands. Once opened it still lasts me a week in the fridge.

CONS:
•Clumping – but that’s only due to the homogenization process so no big deal for me. It might put some people off, but this is what happens to real milk without chemicals.

I’m sticking with this brand, because I cant find anything better. When I like something, I stick to it.

I've had this milk and a lot of others too and it gives me pimples. But I try Pauls milk now and get no pimples. Must be these companies adding extra hormones to the cows. I think I'll stick to Pauls milk thanks.

Every time I drink these milk, I get huge acne flare up all over my face and also gives me lots of phlegm in my throat, bad breath and constipation. I didn't make any associations at first regarding my symptoms with the milk until I tried a week of soymilk. All of the above mentioned symptoms disappeared. Better stick to soy milk which I think is healthier for the body since I my face cleared up significantly along with all the other symptoms.

It taste chemical on the permeate free 3 liters. horrible taste. But it doesn't happen on all packages probably some problem on production line. Same chemical taste as smell from other cheaper brands, it. Seems there is some liquid they add to the milk to preserve and ends up being terrible experience in morning breakfast.

i think this is a perfect tasting milk, its nutritious although has a higher sugar content than other milks. This milk is getting expensive.

Dairy Farmers Whole Milk is one of the most well known brands of full cream dairy milk in the supermarket. It comes in attractive packaging and its taste is what you would expect from full cream milk. However, there are many other brands of full cream milk available in the supermarket that provide the same taste and nutritional content as Dairy Farmers milk but at a significantly cheaper price. It is difficult to justify paying more for an everyday item such as milk when the quality is not better than generic brands.

this milk taste awaeful. leaves an aweful after taste in your mouth. Can only taste good with flavouring. It use to taste good back more than 10 years ago now I have trouble drinking it. For the poeple that is picky with milk they know what i'm talking about. I feel I need to write this review because i feel cheated over the years. their "full cream" milk as expose by current affairs was diluted. But i do remeber a time when it taste good. I thought it was my problem for not being able to stomach their milk but nope. its their milk. I'm now buying a milk that is not diluted and it brings back the memory of me drinking dairy farmers more than 10 years ago.
