The worst chinese food I have ever had in my life. The sweet n sour pork was inedible. The fried rice was steamed rice with I don't know what on top. The lemon chicken was horrible. Do yourself a massive favour & NEVER order anything from rhis restaurant. Everything was horrible!

I love my local pizza place and liked the fact that with delivery hero I can order and pay online, I have received the incorrect order three times and after waiting for delivery hero to rectify, after tonight's order I rang the restaurant directly only to find out it is the transference of my order from delivery hero to them that is incorrect, so they have taken my money and keep telling me to contact the restaurant for a refund, I will no longer be using them but just ringing restaurant directly.

Don't bother using this service (or lack of service). I would recommend ordering directly with a restaurant and not going through a company like delivery hero. There's more chance of your order being stuffed up and you're still waiting for your food 2 hours later. I'll never use this company again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DELIVERY HERO. I would give a zero or even a negative star if that was possible. Placed and order at 6.25 pm, said to arrive at 7.21pm. ITS 8.20pm and am still holding the line to the company ('the order did not get to the restaurant'). Sent a Facebook message, nothing works. TOOK MY MONEY, NO FOOD, NO RESPONSE, absolutely the worst.

I ordered a few chicken dishes from sangha tandoori palace and was absolutely disgusted, the chicken was completely Raw ! When I called the restaurant no apology just got "call delivery hero" then when I spoke to the owner he began to say once you opened it you pay for it ! How dare they, absolutely disgusted that people can serve raw chicken and think this is okay ! On a positive note the customer service from delivery hero was outstanding and she was very understanding

Just ordered Indian for dinner and this was perfect! Fiancé and I didn't want to drive so we used your service for the first time :) it was great! Granted it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive but when we order Indian normally it takes half an hour anyways so I'm really impressed! Thank you so much :)

ordered food, order confirmed. 30 minutes later get a call from DH restaurant has cancelled order as they are to busy. Have to wait 1-3 days to get my refund (paid via credit card), guests now without food!!!!

I have ordered food more than ten times. I never got it on time. Minimum 15 minutes late and maximum 1.5 hours late.
When I asked the delivery guy about the late, he don't even bother to care.

Booked dinner and was advised 1 hour for the meal. They need an era based on other orders as I would never have ordered. Waited an hour and ten. Called the (lovely) customer service number... They had to hang up in order to find our meal but called back to advise our meal was 5 mins away. Our meal arrived half an hour later. Not sure where the blame lay but will never use again.

Do not use this service!! 3 hours of waiting and still no pizza! Apparently driver picked up a while ago! Don't waste your money- go anyway else but this!

Delivery Hero? Ummm more like Delivery ZERO!!! As a struggling single parent, tried to treat family to Pizza before eldest daughter goes into hosp later this week. What a joke!Night one, PLATEAU PIZZA Burnt, wrong, late order. Kids had gone to bed. Great :(
Delivery ZERO very apologetic, it wont happen again, here is a $10 voucher. NIght two, CANTINA'S PIZZA Wrong Order, nearly 2 HOURS LATE...again, kids gone to bed. $10 Voucher irredeemable, waste of money and good faith. Tonight is our last chance for pizza night, think I might make them myself so my kids can eat decent food at a decent hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER MORE RELIABLE OPTIONS.

No communication, no accountability, printing machine doesn't work properly. They don't even pay on time. Occasionally they tried to pretend the paymet has been made already. No body is responsible for this business. They always have some excuse ready for restaurant's owners. Completely dysfunctional operation. Guys dont blame small businesses. If you want better service and products then remove the middleman. Customers and restaurants can always be better off if they deal directly

Used Delivery Hero to order pizza from wise guys. No confirmation of order, so checked credit card and was charged. Rang wise guys to confirm they had received order, which they hadn't. Explained I had been charged. Used excuse 3rd party so not their problem, really not their problem that a 3rd party they have engaged? Rang back delivery hero and had threaten public "execution" to get action. Yes received pizza 1.5 hours after original order. As much as I hold delivery hero culpable so is wise guys equally culpable believing they can dismiss this as a third party issue, they engaged.

After waiting 90 mins for a pizza delivery we rang the shop to be told they hadn't received the order. Rang Deliveryhero to be put on hold while they sorted out with shop. Was then told the order had been placed 90 minutes earlier & it was pizza shops fault. Bribed with a $10 voucher which I said wouldn't get used. Rang pizza shop to confirm they had the order. They advised Deliveryhero had just placed the order. I had a 2 hour drive after waiting 2 hours for the pizza arriving home after 10pm Sumday night.Very similar story to another review I just read. Will never use them again

Third try ordering with delivery hero, I was baited in from seeing the deals on OzBargain.
Their website is slow and doesn't function right despite being an online service - one shouldn't have to use two browsers and six attempts each time to try and order something.
The website provided promo codes are also hit and miss.

If you're after a cheap dinner and a free show (where you get stuffed around by both Delivery Hero and the shop) then you're in the right place!
