Rubbish Product
The product was installed in my new house over 2 years ago and two of the burners are already not working. Parts are hardly available. Ordered a thermocouple for the bigger burner, it is more than two weeks and the part is not yet here. Stay away from this product if you can.

Looks good, great price, great service.
Purchased direct fro DeLogni at a run out price saved hundreds of dollars and looks great. Excellent service, blow away by their Aussie service team. Had a small issue and the reply was if our service agent can't fix it we will replace it. Works well.

Shame they discontinued it
They should bring it back! The new models should be just as great though.
The reason they discontinued is because of the fish burner..........bah humbug! Apparently not many people want this. With a 90cm wide cooktop I want as many options as possible as this gave it to me. I am a serious cook and use it, and the wok burner, regularly.
I have had a Smeg with a fish burner in the past so I wanted one in my new kitchen. I have an oval LeCruset cast iron griddle plate that fits it perfectly over the fish burner and creates the most perfect crust...Read more
on a steak for a cooktop. Rather than go out to the BBQ I now use this. I also char grill my veggies, including capsicum zucchini and mushrooms for dips, anti pasta or crudite plates. I use it for so many things. I say "DeLonghi........BRING BACK THE FISH BURNER"!!! As a cooktop in general......it looks fabulous, is incredibly easy to keep clean and works perfectly. The burner size variances are great and there is actually space between them to have many pots/pans on at once. All parts lift for easy cleaning, no fixed parts, and make life easy. I am so glad I got one of the last ones available in Australia!

Great product, value for money and looks fantastic!
Bought this cooktop when building the house and provided it to the builder to install. Builder did not have this in their upgrade options.
Could not be happier with the decision. Auto ignition works like a wonder. It is really slim in design and easy to clean.

Terrific - as expected
We chose a 60 cm wide DeLonghi gas cooktop when we renovated our kitchen in 2007. I loved it - never had any issues with it. And miss it dreadfully now we have moved house. Because of that, I jumped at the opportunity to replace the hopeless electric glass cooktop that was in the new house - ceran type Blanco circa 2004. This time I chose the slightly larger 70cm version and love it. I'm so pleased. It's as reliable as the other. Yes - It's only early days (been installed a month or so), but there are no regrets from me. Got it at a sensational...Read more
price through Appliances Online - searched the 'net for the best price and they price matched. I've read other reviews noting the decals can wear off, so I will be cautious of that. I love the sturdiness of the cast iron trivets, the size of the appliance, and the predictable speed of gas cooking. It's also quite easy to clean and keep looking nice as there are no seams. I only use soapy water and a dishcloth, drying off with a tea towel. I use the middle (wok) burner when cooking in one pot, or start using that and move to a smaller burner later if I am putting another pot on for pasta or something else. There really is nothing I don't like about it.1 comment

Get your measurements right, Delonghi!
I couldn't tell you how good or bad this cooktop is. Why? Because, according to the retailer I bought it from, Delonghi don't bother changing the specs, when they update their models. Delonghi offered me a 90cm cooktop and delivered a smaller size in a 90 cm box. Apparantly, this is common practice and has happened many times. The installer had to leave after removing our old cooktop. The retailers are frustrated as well. Can you imagine getting phone calls from irate customers like myself? Now we have the inconvenience of taking the cooktop b...Read more
ack. And hopefully find one that is actually the size you ask for. Shoppers be forewarned. When you buy a cooktop you need to measure the cooktop for yourself. Just because the specs say you are getting a 90cm cooktop, don't assume that's what you are actually getting. I have had to take time off work for installation, the installer just wasted his time and the retailer is frustrated out of his brain. Delonghi, when you deliberately mislead your customers about the dimensions of your products, you should be held accountable. This is not just a packaging mistake here. PS. Tried ringing Delonghi to complain, the supervisor couldn't be bothered talking to me and the young lady on the phone told me to send an email. When I went to send an email my email address was rejected because it was a hotmail address. Guess who won't ever be buying a Delonghi product ever again? Wrong sizeSimilar opinion? Update - April 2020: No problems with this cooktop. It continues to operate as expected. I've not had any issue either with the decals wearing off. Very pleased with the selection.
