Our Citiz is used every day, is reliable and produces consistently good coffee. We use filtered water in it and always rinse out after each use. The temperature is hot and the milk froths well. I have not tasted better coffee and recommend this model to anyone with small domestic use such as us.

The machine is convenient for everyday use but i dont like the design of the platform. Milk spilt from the foamer will flow into the gap of it and is hard to clean. The texture of the transparent box for used pods looks not that good as the updated model.

Don't be fooled people. All Delonghi Nespresso machines make the exact same coffee. The difference in models is all about look and some being automatic (one model even comes with Bluetooth). The Citiz costs less than most its brothers, but with the accompanying Aeroccino 3 (v1+2 were rubbish) you simply cant go wrong. I paid under $200 then got a cashback so it was a WIN. Highly recommended.

Nespresso coffee delivers a consistently excellent cup every morning with a great range of flavors. Much easier ( and quicker) than my previous coffee machine ( using ground coffee). The only draw back is the milk, it often gets burn on and is hard to clean. Hence the four starts and not five. However if you can deal with soaking it once every few weeks its an excellent cup of coffee and super easy.

MY first one leaked water where the capsules go and the tray so not to be a winger i bough another and kapowwww same thing happened i think you should REPLACE one and take the 2 never buying one again the K MART ONE I GOT AT MY CABIN IS MUCH BETTER ..

Coffee tastes great, when it works! When my machine was 3 months old the frother stopped working,wasn't getting any power to it. It was replaced within a few days as they said there is a fault with that model. So again 4 months on same happens to this one but I have to send it back at my expense as I've already had one replacement. So 2 weeks ago I sent it back have made phone calls trying to find out what's happening, meanwhile I can't make coffee, I'm just getting told it takes up to 3 weeks before they even look at it! Very bad after sales service especially considering they told me that model has a fault! I will never buy this brand again, too much trouble and no communication.

The taste of the coffee is perfect every time, extremely easy to use and couldn't be easier to clean. I have had my machine for years!!!
This coffee beats any coffee shop that o have ever been too! And I love my coffee. This machine also cools in the frother for iced coffees etc. lots of recipes available through the Nespresso site!
