Good Buy

Great little vac for those quick jobs. Easily holds a charge and lasts for a long time. Has great suction and is very easy to clean. Well worth the purchase,

Purchased in July 2021 for $39.00.

Had a ticketty-boo Dyson sticko, the silly duffer missus dropped it & it went deadways...
Enter my man shop - bunnings.
Thought mr xmas had rocked up when I saw an apparent bargain, but like a turd in your weetbix, the results were poor.
Barely holds charge for any more than 5 minutes & I have greater sucking pressure from my flight.
1 star is being generous.

Not as bad as other reviews

published

Other reviews noted. Bought this $37 Dirt Devil to store next to my fireplace for quick and easy clean up on a textured brick hearth and surrounding timber look tiles. Started off great, then I did notice loss of suction as others have described. I read the manual and discovered that there's an inner filter that was full, emptied that and the Dirt Devil was back to sucking as much as the previous reviews!! I wanted cheap and easy handheld as I don't feel the need to trash an expensive brand with ash dust and this little devil has ticked all the boxes.

Don't Buy

Initial charge time states 24 hours, it's been charging for over that but the green light still hasn't come on. I was desperate to clean my car so I attempted to, it powered on fine but suction is not good. This is going back to the store! Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

Don’t buy this

I bought this Durt Devil thinking it was a great idea but I was wrong!! I opened the box and everything looked good but the two parts barely even click together. Once you finally have got them together, you will start vacuuming but is sucks up almost nothing. Don’t buy it, buy a more expensive one that will actually work!!

Unfit for purpose, in a big way.

published

For $39 I wasn't expecting anything brilliant but this machine is completely useless. I bought it for vacuuming scattered bits of kitty litter off carpet and a canvas mat so I wouldn't have to pull out my proper vacuum cleaner twice a day, and the suction is so low it can't even do that. Plus, bad design means that vacuumed debris gets stuck in the holder and doesn't come out - even after a few minutes of shaking there's still stuff in there that cannot be moved. Used once - cutting my losses and taking it back. :(
