Holy cow your products are the absolute worst!!! Barely had this thing for over a year, had twice to repair and replace the stupid battery in the remote control device (when I recharge every month like the tech-heads say to, and the garbage still screws up). Now when I put the propellers on tightly their factory standard crappy quality (probably made in china!!!), they fly off and it crashes to the ground breaking like a china doll.
