worst online experience EVER. when I received item it was not at ALL like the one advertised, and was even stained. Dollskill refused to refund, only allowing store credit if i returned the item (out of my own pocket) which would end up costing more than I paid, due to international costs. So basically wasted $30 :) worst ever, AND they even rip off small businesses. Would give zero stars if i could :///

Dolls Kill is a celebration of unique funky people. No matter what your style, if you value self expression then this website is for you. A wonderful range of items, fast postage, awesome quality, terrific customer service, great sales. My wish list is always full of beautiful items and I make regular purchases...the things I wear from DK are often noticed and remarked upon by others. My favourite store by far.

Emailed them with a query as the current state of the world is in turmoil. Not only was my reply answered quickly but the most helpful and polite lady answered. 10/10 would recommend.

So happy with my clothes, such good quality and they came within a week to the uk which is sooo quick! Customer service is so good everyone is so friendly and helpful and reply really quick. The website is so easy to navigate around.

Firstly, Dollskill has an incredible range of products available with a great turnover of new product to keep things fresh and enticing. But more importantly, they have incredible customer service ambassadors working for them. I cannot praise them enough! 12/10!

My items arrived in a week to NZ, which is super fast! customer service is great and items were of a good quality. I got some shoes and was worried about the fit and quality, but they are great. So much cool stuff to choose from. Will be shopping here again!

i order a matching outfit and a dress and was worried the small may not fit as i was a little smaller then the measurements but it fits great and i absolutely love the outfit, good price too! will be shopping from here again

I bought a bunch of stuff from Dolls Kill, it arrived in Australia super fast but unfortunately one of the items was the wrong colour. I contacted customer service who simply asked for a picture of the item and then went ahead and refunded the purchase price immediately (not even requiring me to return the incorrect item).
The service was fast, polite and helpful - everything a good online business should should be.

The website was very easy to navigate, I absolutely love the range of products available, I have a very alternative style, and I was able to find items that can accommodate my work attire and after hours wardrobe, in the style that I love! The quality of the products is amazing, definitely comparable to high end brands, such as Torrid, and the plus size selection is amazing!
I did order some boots with some clothing, and my boots were shipped separately, but their amazing customer service reps got back to me within minutes of my email, and tracked down my package for me! I would 110% recommend dollskill to my friends and family.

I order from DK practically on a monthly basis, love their products! A couple of times I have received a faulty item but their amazing customer reps have quickly refunded store credit without any mess around sending the the faulty item back. Would definitely recommend DK

Don't waste your time on their returns policy. Even though they state they will offer you store credit, they'll only supply 50% of what you're actually owed. Should be illegal!

My order was sent back to dolls kill so I emailed them and they got back to me within 30 minutes refunding my order in store credit. Nicole was really helpful and I'm excited to receive the products I got with the store credit!

Had some problems with an order that were sorted out super smoothly and quickly. Products of high quality. Staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely be making an order again.

Had so many positive comments about my outfit and glad I found this website. Need another excuse to wear it again! The XS fit perfectly and definitely going to order again.
It was ok to navigate on desktop and smartphone although when clicking through and going back it didn't come back to the last position.
There are loads of clothes, I was spoilt for choice and didn't know which one to choose!
Very satisfied. Igot makeup on it and it was easy to wipe and two hand wash cycles got it back to white!

Couldn't find sexy red boots for a reasonable price in Australia so I decided to look offshore. Found 'Dolls Kill' and they had exactly what I needed. Even with paying extra for express postage, they were cheaper and arrived faster than if I'd ordered them from Sydney.

Small delay due to the carrier but Kayla helped me out with no further issues! Super fast replies and the item was redirected back to me within a day! Will definitely be a returning customer :)
