In the past 2 weeks I have order 3 times, a bunch of floers for my mum, a bunch of flowers for my daughter in laws mum and a hamper for my son and his wife congratulating them on their newborn. Each time has been a great experience, easy and simple. Thank you!

Very easy to order, delivery was on time. Would have liked a photo sent of the flowers so that I could see if it was what I ordered. Price and delivery costs were reasonable.

Ordered $100 Boquet of flowers from the website the Boquet looked very well rounded and quite large.
What was delivered look like a $30 bunch of flowers from the local gas station.
But that wasn’t even the tip of the iceberg the customer service well when I say customer service I should just say customer because service didn’t exist.
I say Avoid and go elsewhere.

I was notified that they needed to replace some of the flowers in the bouquet that I had chosen, I completely understand this and accepted. However the replacement flowers were not to the same value and the bouquet was nothing like I had imagined it would be. Its a shame as it was for a colleague who we all put in money for as her mother passed away. We paid $101 just for the bouquet and it looked like a $60 value. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Great quality flower arrangement. On time - very important considering it was my Mother's birthday and the difficult times currently. Delivery communicated effectively due to us not being home. My daughter lives interstate and before covid 19 she was supposed to be with us for her birthday. Being an essential workers and the stress of work and being a mother to 2 small children. She was a little overwhelmed so my husband and I decided to send her some flowers. We found the easyflower website and the flowers were beautiful value for money and easy to order. They delivered to her work and she was so surprised she loved them.

Ordered bunch of flowers. Easy website with notification of delivery. Flowers of exact type weren’t available which didn’t worry me but was kept up to date. Lucky frecipient loved them.

Beautiful arrangement really happy with the process web page is easy to navigate and the ordering process is easy and not complicated. Delivered on time the day after ordered it even though I ordered on a public holiday.

I live in NZ and was getting flowers for a friend in Australia so was little worried but they were gorgeous, my friend loved them. Customer service was great. Kept me upto date with every step. They didn't have the yellow roses but let me know and replaced them with some beautiful substitutes. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. The cost including delivery was $115. The flowers delivered consisted of 3 Green Button Daisies, 3 Yellow Roses (40cm)( 2 included), 3 Pink Gerberas (4 included) -Extra Daisies & Alstromeria . Easy flowers will say that I got what I ordered. Maybe so but what was delivered did not represent value for money. If I had purchased from a local florist, I would have paid no more $35 - $40 for something very similar. If it wasn’t for COVID -19 I would have gone to a florist.
I emailed Easyflowers with my complaint attaching a photograph of the flowers It’s response was ‘you got what you ordered’. I won’t be using Easyflowers again.
