I received a big bunch of tulips late afternoon 14/09 I have been following instructions, misting changing water and trimming the ends but almost all the petals have fallen off . I just Placed an order expecting to get the "with Deal" Discount however when I checked out my receipt there was no discount at all, and no customer service number that works.
