I have never ordered with Fig and Bloom before - but it will not be the last time I do. Ordering was simple, flowers were delivered 4 hours later and the best bit - I received a photo of what the actual bunch looked like! I have delivered a few bunches of flowers during isolation and I spend half the day wondering 'did they receive them?' 'Will they look like the online picture?' Fig and Bloom took all of the anxiety and worry out of it and emailed me when the flowers had been delivered and a delightful photo of the exact bunch - with card attached! Will be using their fantastic service again and will recommend to others.

I ordered flowers for my beautiful friends bday.....who is a flower lover, always a hard one. The ordering process was seem less, delivery was more prompt then expected and the actual arrangement were exact to the picture shown on website. How many times is this part the disappointment? It can be super confusing who to get to send flowers when you are in a different country to loved ones but Fig and Bloom made it simple! I loved the photo they sent of the actual bouquet and my mother was so happy with the flowers! Excellent service, excellent product and a pleasure to deal with. I am really happy with fig and blooms systems! They sent me a photo of the flowers via email and kept me updated on the delivery course. Very Impressed with their team! Although, this quality service comes with a hefty price tag.

This bouquet was regular in size, and looks ample. It is white, pink and feathery, full of roses, mums (I think) and baby's breath. Perfect, delicate, sent to our son & wife to congratulate them on their new baby boy. Thanks for your creativity!

the flowers were wilted and look nothing like the picture. super disappointed in the flowers. the only good thing was that they were very good at communicating delivery etc., and show us a pic of the flower that's been delivered.
