Ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to a friend in hospital. Was called by the delivery man ‘I am at the hospital, your friend was discharged this morning’. I expected to say, ‘ok leave them for another patient.’ However I was asked where their home was and the flowers were delivered there the same afternoon.
If this was not feasible, they offered to take them back, ‘refresh’ them, and redeliver to the new address next day. No charge. Thanks for the excellent service.

I ordered flowers for my 50th birthday on New Year’s Eve. Kellie, who answered my call, was fantastic to deal with. She was sympathetic to the fact that I had been ordered into isolation and had to miss the party and really listened to what I said about the flowers and colours I wanted to send. I got a photo of the eventual bouquet and it was lovely. Best of all my friend loved it! I’ve ordered flowers from other places and always been disappointed, I certainly wasn’t with ordering through Fig and Bloom. Definitely recommend them

When I wished to send flowers just after Christmas for my brother’s funeral, no other florists were open. It seemed that Fig and Bloom might be- their website looked lovely and was easy to manage, so I emailed them just to check and received a quick personal reply to say that they were able deliver, slightly outside their normal delivery area, on 30th December as required. The delivery was made, I was informed immediately and sent a photo of the stunning Australian native arrangement that they made for my beloved brother . This meant so much to me as I am on the other side of the world and could not attend his funeral myself. So grateful and will certainly use Fig and Bloom again.

When my uncle died just before Christmas, they were one of only a few florists open on a Christmas public holiday.
They even had someone available to speak to on the phone about organising a second message card as the website only allowed for one message even though I ordered 2 bouquets.
The flowers where delivered the next day and were exactly the same as the photo on the website.

My sister, who lives in Melbourne, has had a rough month coming at the end of a rough year. We couldn't be together (because of border closures) so I arranged a delivery for her on Christmas Day. Fig & Bloom consistently do what they say they are going to do. The delivery happened. I received a photo of what had been delivered and.....a phone call from my sister who had burst into tears. She said they were happy tears! I have used Fig & Bloom multiple times and highly recommend them!
